Nice little shop on the same street as Mikkeller bar. Nice selection, including lots and lots of beers from Nögne. Good service.

A very good Norwegian bottle shop located just a short iron from Mikkeller Viktoriagade. The selection’s entirely Norwegian. There were perhaps 150 beers to choose from on my visit. Much of the stuff was rather arcane, thankfully the shop owner was quite enthusiastic to help. The service was fantastic. The owner really seems to care about the product, and was even accommodating enough to provide me with a glass to drink beer outside the shop even though this place isn’t a bar. The value’s fantastic, very reasonable considering how expensive Norwegian beer usually is. Overall, this place is absolutely worth a look through. Recommended.

Small store situated on Viktoriagade with Mikkeller Bar just a short stroll down the street. Good selection of Scandinavian beers (including Finland and Iceland) especially Norwegian beer is well represented. The largest selection of Nøgne Ø I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and talkative owner who offered me a sample when I came into the shop. Best service I have meet in beershops in Copenhagen besides Barley Wine. Well worth a stop if you want to go in depth with Scandinavian bottled beers.

Tiny store with a good selection of Nordic beers. If there are five customers at the same time it’s almost impossible to move. The service was good, but very slow due to technical problems with their cash register at my visit. This is a good place to pick up Nordic beers not found elsewhere in Denmark. Given it’s proximity to Mikkeller, Viktoriagade, it’s an easy stop on the way.

Small but cozy store with focus on Nordic beer - nice selection of Nøgne Ø, Haandbryggeriet, Mohawk, Ægir. Less interesting selection of Finnish and Danish. Generous, knowledgable service! Usually you will be offered a sample, from tap.

Great little shop in the middle of Copenhagen. They have a great selection of Scandinavian beers - many you won’t find in other specialty shops, so it’s definitely worth a visit. And when you’re done here you can walk a little down the street and have a beer at the Mikkeller Bar. Win-win. ;-)

If you’re a ratebeerian visiting Copenhagen from abroad this bottle shop offers a great and convenient way to extend your beer hunting to cover the best beer from all of Scandinavia. The place is located down the block from Mikkeller Bar on Vesterbro and not far from Ølbutikken either. The shop features some of the best beer from Norway, Sweden, Iceland and Finland including breweries such as Haandbryggeriet, Nøgne Ø, Mohawk, Dugges, Malmgård, Ölvisholt and Hantverksbryggeriet. The prices are usually around 5 - 10 euro per 50 cl bottle so it’s not cheap but it’s way cheaper than travelling to the other countries of Scandinavia yourself. The owner is a great guy, quite knowledgeable about the beers he sells (he imports them personally) and is usually very generous. Considering that the place is located so close by Mikkeller Bar paying a visit is a nobrainer if you’re in the area anyway and wanting to extend your beerhunting reach to cover the other Scandinavian countries. There’s usually samples available of one beer on tap. As a new thing it is now possible to participate in brewing courses in the backroom. I attended one myself, which was great fun and definitely cheaper than the comparable offering at Aarstiderne. In the near future the back room will be upgraded to a hectolitre brewery, where hobby brewers can have their recipes scaled. This is the only bottleshop in Denmark, which I know that offers this possibility - hence the high rating on service from me.
