Large (of course), sat outside with a good view of the crowd, which had a fair deal more locals than some of the other places. Beer selection was limited (and they were served way, way too cold), food was downright excellent, service hit/miss depending on the server, but some good humor there. I appreciate being served on an old-timey Filz instead of a cardboard coaster.

Large place serving good food and many Hacker-Pschorr beers. Edelhell from wooden keg was in top condition. Service was nonexistent or sloppy. Didn’t visit inside, only in the biergarten.

Nice big beirstube right beside an interesting market. The servant wasn’t very polite and seemed as she would rather do something else that serve us.. Anyway the beer was not bad and the food seemed fine at first sight but ½-1 hour later I started getting a really bad time, due to the food poisoning I just got. So DON’T eat here unless you want to risk spoiling 1 or 2 days of your vacation..

Large beer hall on the corner of a small market center, and a wide area of outdoor seating. Nice enough, of course most people there were tourists but there was less of them than around the Marienplatz. Our server was rude after he screwed up our order... how does ordering a pils sound at all like ordering a russn, which is weisse mixed with lemon soda (a weisse radler). It was undrinkable, we tried our best in polite tourist German to tell him what was wrong and of course he got upset. Oh well.

Nice bar. I enjoyed this place quite a bit. Taps were a bit lacking but the stuff was nice there. Good place to be at. Service was fairly slow.

Really nice building that we stumbled on while walking around Munich. Numerous Hacker Pschorr taps and bottle selections not available in the United States. The atmosphere and interior design were absolutely beautiful - lighting, seating, woodwork, you name it. Striking. The beer was equally delicious, and of course, proper glassware for each selection. Recommended.
