Re-rate:( 3/4/06) The amount and variety of selection has taken a turn for the worse, I would guess a 35% decrease in selection since the name change. In the micro aisle the shelves are now only 4 high instead of the previous 5, with the bottom row mainly cases of above stock. The Belgian beers are reduced by 1/3 of the previous stock, with all the unique beers gone. The British / Belgian beer aisle has been invaded by a mead selection, which used to have an end of aisle display unto itself. Very disappointing, an empty shell of what it once was.

I don't care what anyone says, but this is the best store in the Chicago area when it comes to selection. I'm not good at counting bottles, but I'd guess they have close to 1000 different beers. My only gripe is that I'm not sure how long some of them have been there. Prices are a little steep, but the amazing selection far outweighs that.
