Had a good time here. The beer isn’t the best I’ve had in Austria but a brewpub should always be promoted. Atmosphere is nice, great garden and it’s a big place. Lot of reserved tables too. Had three beers at the bar, staff speaks English well.

Very slow service but I got what i came for at last.... Only 3 of 5 taps with beer and only the regular. (Max, hell and original). Bottles to go and they had many. A Little expensive. Still maybe the best place to get interesting beerstyles in Salzburg.

The dark Weissbier is quite ok. The restaurant has lost a lot of it’s beer culture over the years, it has become a very normal restaurant/bar. Not bad, but can be missed.

Slightly backstreet, off the hotel district on the opposite bank from the Old Town. A petite biergarten with more space inside. Good range of traditional dishes. The gimmick here is that all the house brews are distinctly different takes on wheat beer, including one that is an all-barley brew fermented with a wheat beer yeast. Hard to rate but definitely worth a visit.

We visited here Saturday 3rd June 2012. It was very pleasant sat outside the front of this place and made up for a disappointment of the neighbouring (just around the corner) brewpub being closed on a Saturday and Sunday. This place was popular and as we were sat there a group of youngsters maybe 12-15 of them men and women all in Leiderhosen wandered and and were having a pleasant time. I enjoyed the two beers that we tried and took away a bottle of Jubilator with me. Service was good and friendly, place was tidy and experience here was good and the pub was certainly one that I would happily revisit.

Sélection: 7 bières maisons lors de mon passage. Nourriture: "Wienerschnitzel" et "Gemischte innviertler knobel im reindl". (171e rating d’établissement)

Fairly generic brewpub, but with a nice biergarten. Brews are OK, nothing too out of the ordinary. Food is solid. Locals are friendly. Worth a peek if you’re in the area.

A relatively modern brewpub, which is a bar, a nightclub and a restaurant at the same time. The darker wheatbeer was excellent.

Nice shady biergarten with four beers available at the time. The service was a bit slow, the food looks good and the beers were refreshing but nothing special.

A nice enough place, perhaps a bit modern, but with a cool and shady beergarden. Service was quite attentive, no wonder since it was still early, didn’t try the food. The selection was good, with 3 or 4 of their beers on tap and some bottled, a bit expensive though. Worth a short visit.
