34 AMBIANCE 2/5 SERVICE 1/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD 5/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 4/20
All I can say is how much service can impact an overall experience. Went there at 1pm on a Saturday. They were not busy at all. Left at 3:30pm - notice how long that took. Waitress took our order (knew we were in trouble when she didnít write anything down), came back 20-30min later to say, just to make sure I got it right, this is what you ordered. Guess what, she was wrong. To make things worse, our food took over an hour to come out and she still got it wrong. Oh yeah, I forgot to put in your order for fries. She also took a drink order for 2 beers and screwed that up. I honestly think she was stoned (if you get the waitress with black tattooes, beware and I have nothing againt tats as I have a bunch myself). A table behind us had to go up to the cook and get their own hamburger (and he high fived his table that we was finally able to get his food). I had high hopes, especially with the beers listed, but she completely f*cked up the experience...

80 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 16/20
Finally made it over here. Great building/space but kind of out of the way for those of us that live in center city Philly. The pizza was pretty good. Nice draft selection and there are growlers for purchase. The beers didnít overwhelm me (I had a Barley Wine and an Imperial Stout) but they were good. If I lived in the neighborhood I would certainly hang out here a bit.

76 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 16/20
Wow, what a great place! Stopped by with a rather large group on a Friday night, and were seated right away. Enjoyable atmosphere, many students, but non-students added some diversity to the crowd. I ordered the sampler, and got a nice sized glass of each of thier six beers on tap. Some good selections, a kolsch, red ale, barley wine, helles, etc. The food was really quite good as well, I recommend the trio fries and the beer. Overall a great place I would like to visit again sometime soon.

76 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20
I showed up on a Friday evening, and the place was packed with a pretty diverse crowd. Servers were quick to take our orders and get us beer and food. Selection was pretty good for a microbrew, five local brews on tap and two contract bottles available. Parking was easy to find. This is a place to go back to.

I finally stopped here yesterday on the way home from work. The place was pretty empty, other than me there were 4 people at the bar. I started off with a dark cherry ale, which wasnít overly complex, but really hit the spot. I also tried the espresso stout, which was excellent. The BBQ chicken pizza was very tasty. Servers were friendly and very attentive. I enjoyed my first trip to Dock Street and plan to revisit soon.
