Is the new beer shop of machesiete and bir&fud owners... This is the only store in Rome that sells homebrewing material: many qualities of grain, hops, yeasts and homebrewing accesories! They also have the greatest selection of italian beers in Rome and also some foreign rare beers ( like oude geuze 2003 vintage of 3 fonteinen!)...

Wow! What a beer store! I was lucky enough to be in Rome during the inauguration of this new Italian king of retail craft beer. Well located walking distance from the Termini station, the center of the world as far as Rome public transportation is concerned. Two medium size rooms with bottles nicely laid-out. This store is owned and operated by the same people who run Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fŗ. Manuele and friends are serious beer passionate, and it shows when you walk in the store. This store really focuses on Italian craft beer. If there is a small Italian brewery in a small village somewhere Domus Birrae will hunt them down and put their beer on the shelves. When I was there during the inauguration they already had something like 250 different Italian bottles and they were planning to add another 50 in the coming few months. A few imports too but thatís not why you go there. They also have some home brewing supplies. This place is all about promoting Italian craft beer and this is THE PLACE to buy Italian craft beer bottles.

Nice quite big bottle shop with a great variety of italian micros. The staff is very friendly and knows their stuff. lots of beers are in coolers so you can sample beers at the spot. A must if you go to Rome for beer hunting.

The best place in Rome to buy Italian beer. Excellent service - the first recommendation was three world class LoverBeers. The second was two excellent Pausa Cafe beers, opened in the shop. And design-wise this is one of the most serious beer shops in the world. Beers are kept either in the fridge or in the show room which is kept at cellar temperature at all times, and dark as often as possible. An Italian may prefer more foreign beers, but for a tourist, this is simply one of the best beer shops in the world

The place for Italian beers - end of story. A vast collection of them - nicely laid out in this airy store. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also very generous! If they would just send abroad .....

This was the best store in Rome to buy Italian beer I think. Very friendly service and large selection of some of the rarer Italian beers. Top 3 if you go after beerstores. Around the corner from Colloseum! Nice
