Very good selection when it comes to Belgian beer, decent selection of non-Belgian. Spent a few hours going through everything. Definitely worth a visit.

Impresionante tienda. Variedad de cerveza belga inmensa. Algunas internacionales los precios son los mejores. Algunas cervezas van cortas de fecha y no están bien guardadas

Located on the border of Gent, but this makes it easy to reach when driving past the city. Warehouse-like appearance inside with many, many Belgian beers (including Alvinne and Struise and many sours). The international beer section is compact but good (De Molen, Mikkeller, Thornbridge, Toccalmato and others). Most importantly the prices are ridiculously low. Single hop Mikkeller for 2,50 and good, modern Belgians for often 1,50. The staff was busy organising the shop, but professional. Super shop to stop by when traveling.

Big big warehouse kind of place. It is not the best ambiance ever but also not really important. We didnt get any service. They didnt even say hi at us. Ah well. The selection is impressive. A lot of belgiums, some other europeans and a little selection of USA beers. The value is absolut great.

A warehouse like ambiance with crates of beer all over the place.A wide range of Belgian beers, be it industrial, the classics, abbeys or the craft beers. A very good lambic and gueuze selection. A good representation of English, American, Scandinavian, Dutch and French craft breweries. The pricing is excellent and definitely one of the low cost beer stores in Belgium. Absolute value for money and a must visit beer shop for every beer lover.

A warehouse on the outskirts of Gent with a huge selection of Belgian beers, a few imports (Mikkeller, De Molen, Brewdog ... the usual fare) and an especially comprehensive lambic selection. Value is fantastic, staff talkative and friendly. Seems very popular, as the place was absolutely ransacked on the Monday after the ZBF.

Easily reachable by car, Geers has one of the biggest selections among all Belgian beer shops. They actively keep on growing their wide range, adding both rare Belgian beers and expanding their choice of foreign beers that used to be limited to a few German breweries to Mikkellers as well as English and American beers. Mostly relaxed and friendly service, knowledgeable about their beers and clearly passionate. Great prices as well, even more so compared to nearby Ghent... You can safely pick your choice knowing that you’d have to look hard to find a better deal in a Belgian beer store except maybe for a (marginally) small difference.

Visited on Saturday morning 23/03/13. Located just off the Gent ring road ’Geers was easy to reach by car and we had driven from DHVL in around 45 minutes. Large warehouse type of affair stocked with a huge range of beers and other alcohol products. You can easily spend an hour browsing as we did. The range is predominantly Belgian as you’d expect but there were also a good spattering of Mikkeller beers, US stuff from the likes of Great Divide and Jester King and plenty of Brewdog and other UK beers such as Thornbridge. Service was good, 2 people on the tills, didn’t have to wait long. You can purchase an empty crate (of 24) to take your beers away in for E2 which is a refundable deposit should you wish to return it. There are also toilets available and one of the workers was happy to give me the Wi-Fi code. On this day all purchases came with a free can of Maes Radler ! A rates a rate ! A great beer store and well worth making the effort for be you in the area or not - this warrants a 1 hour diversion for definate!
