This is a classic Asian take on an American sports bar. The bottled beer menu is surprisingly long, although draught beers generally dull. The peanuts all over the floor are unusual. I didn’t have the food but from what was going past it looked no better or worse than one might expect i.e. it would fill you up if needed. I watched a fantastic J-league game between Kawasaki and Fujitsu; Kawasaki who may have been from Kobe equalised late on to make it 3-3.

No brewery from what I can see, rather an American style ribs and pizza joint with admittedly a good bottled beer list, relative to the region, with the usual suspects from Belgium the highlight. Tap list nothing special and a pint will set you back around $50. Must be owned by the same mob as Hong Kong Brew Houseuse as the menu is identical.

It should be noted that this place has the exact same menu as the Hong Kong Brewpub in Lan Kwai Fong. A few local beers available, many Belgians. Okay food and atmosphere in a very western brewpub-ish environment. Okay option if you need an import and are in the neighbourhood.

Impersonal business district location attracts after work crowds and young yuppie expats. Fairly large patio with heaters for winter. Interior is stock pub decor, boring. Happy hour is worth coming for but the house beers are not very good. The "Hong Kong Beer" is the best one, but here was only in bottles. At Quarry Bay location was available draft.

Pretty lengthy list of belgians - about a dozen USA micros and another dozen british beers. Nothing that will blow any RBian away, and nothing that wouldn’t be common anywhere in the US, but in HK, this is definitely a place to seek out. After 10 days of drinking mostly local or export macro swill, it was nice to taste a hop or two. Bonus points for the distance their beer list is above the average joint here.

Two separate bars connected by an outdoor patio / drinking area. Not very Eastern, by any means. Like others have mentioned... Lots of Belgian, American and English offerings - mostly all in bottles. I recommend ordering Hong Kong Beer if your going to drink locally. This place definitely had a few things I couldn’t get at home, but even more things from home I wouldn’t expect in Asia.

A little hard to find but, worth it when found. they had a few local brews and many from belguim, england, and the US. outdoor seating, and very small peanuts. i didnt have anything off the menu, therefore i didnt rate the food. happy hour is from 3:00pm till 8:00pm and they have 2 for 1 on a few of the brews and others that are about HK$11 less. good wait staff. overall was happy to have found this place.

Stocks a nice selection of Belgium brews with some English and American bottles, as well. Most of the US beers were IPAs when i was there with not a stout in sight, sadly. Tap list was around 12, though most of them were boring macros. I’d stay away from their house brews; not terrible, but pretty boring. I enjoyed the food, very sports bar type menu. Overall I enjoyed my time here, sitting outdoors and enjoying a few pints of fine American IPAs. Will go back next time I’m in Hong Kong.

Me asking the waiter about an American microbrewery beer I hadn’t heard of before from the menu: "What kind of beer is it?". The waiter: "It’s a bottled beer!" Me: "No, I mean what kind of beer - dark, light?". Waiter: "It’s a normal yellow beer"........(service: 1). The list though was quite good, their own (4 different) on tap plus some others. Bottle list of about 50 with mostly Belgians, US micros and English beers. Quite touristy, but when the weather is good the outside patio is nice. The only place (plus the other 2 branches) to go for good beer in Hong Kong!

The more spacious of the East End Brewery location. A strange oasis amongst the packed streets and high rise buidings offering American microbrews, Belgian and English bottled beers and the house brews from the Hong Kong Brewery. Service is better at the Quarry Bay location,
