Great place. We had 3 or 4 differnet bartenders during our visit. All very different, all very nice.
Awesome beer selection, at least a dozen, with 2 cask ales. I thought some of the offerings we very tasty.
We had the Oasis hummus plate, what a great plate of food for under $10.
If I lived in Seattle near Capitol Hill I would be here during most of my free time.
This place is well worth worth seeking out.

This is a pretty traditional, tasteful brewpub. The beer lineup was very impressive with strong emphasis on hoppy styles. There were plenty of interesting choices available. I thought it was kind of cool that they had some decent guest bottles as well. For dinner I had curried schnitzel which is as delicious as it sounds. This was a great first brewery stop for me in Seattle.

Stopped in while on vacation with the wife. Nice looking place with lots of wood, high ceilings, the brewing equipment visible. A nice selection of brews with something for everyone. Service was very good although it was not very crowded. The prices were good. Located in a trendy neighbor hood, worth a visit.

Fun, lively location in Capitol Hill neighborhood. Nice selection of beers brewed on site, and always a great selection of guest beers (usually a few Belgians such as St. Bernardus 12, La Chouffe, etc.). Staff are great, food is good, and a nice place to hang and enjoy some great beer.

Unbeatable in-house selection, huge list of available drafts including several seasonals and one-timers. The Elysian’s beers are all about high gravity accompanied with high flavor and often complex malt and fermentation nuances. Although parking can be a nightmare on the hill, there is no lack of other amazing food and nightlife venues in the area. The food is well above average for a brewpub featuring seasonal fare and belgian inspired dishes that are moderately priced. There’s a certain dying-goth industrial feel to the building and a dark but welcoming atmosphere. The beer speaks for itself, is well brewed, and there are more than enough styles to please everyone. My favs are the Bete Noel Belgain Dark Strong Ale, Dragonstooth Stout, and The Wise ESB.

Spent the afternoon here before a ball game a few weekends back. Great building, cool and unique decor. Nice bar and dining area. Only had appetizers of which is quite a step up from traditional fare of wings and cheese sticks. Good lineup of special brews and their standard offerings. Nice place to relax.

Visited the pub a few weeks ago. Finding the place was not a problem but parking is. Had to pay $8 to park; anyone thinks that’s a little high? Anyway, the pub is located in an area with lots of restaurants and bars. The bartenders were very attentive and were eager to help me sort out what beers are worth trying in the area/region. Thanks Nicole for the help and I hope you guys enjoyed your beers. I’ll see you all next year!

One of the best brewpubs in Seattle and a great place for large groups. All of their beers are solid and there are always some quality guest taps. I’d definitely be a regular here if I lived in Capitol Hill.

Stopped by Elysian with Linh for some Apps and beer and had a great time. Lots of seasonal stuff available on draft in addition to a solid line up. Bottles available in a cooler. Growlers available to go. Friendly staff. Nice sized bar with boothes if youre going with a large group. Def Rec if you’re in the area.

This place is awesome. Big industrial looking space, open high ceiling, exposed pipework, and some cool looking mural/banners hanging all over. The kitchen closes way too early for a place that’s as busy as it was at 11 bells. Very friendly service (we need Vancouver to import servers from WA state). She knew the beers pretty well too, which is always a bonus. Beers ranged from good to excellent. A fantastic place to drink in the middle of a very cool neighborhood. Some decent bottles as well.
