Non game day so no dramas with crowds. Had a few beers that had been brewed at the Fields and actually pretty damn solid. Didn’t eat. Nice bartender who was joking around and chatty with punters. Not bad ey.

Stopped in here when I was in Seattle for a conference. Neat ambiance, HUGE place, and a great selection of Elysian brews. Food was solid enough and prices--while not cheap--weren’t completely outrageous. Decent service. Recommended, especially for game time.

Visited with some friends on my first trip to Seattle. It looks like a warehouse with some tables on one side and a bar in the middle. The brewing system is on the other side, near the entrance. The service at the bar was alright and the beers were pretty decent all around. They had a couple of seasonals on but the flight doesn’t include that. I asked how we could go about trying those and the brewer happened to be standing right there. He went to the bar and got pours for us and brought them back. The bock was my favorite. When I thanked him he asked if we wanted to see the brewery. I said sure so he took us over there and showed us some of the stuff they had in barrels downstairs under the restaurant and we talked a bit about doing sours in his equipment and how he has to clean everything off very well afterwards. Nice guy, cool place, would return. Parking can be a pain if you are just going to the brewery but if you’re already in the area for a game then you probably should stop in.

Went here before a mariners game, like everyone else. Cool ambiance, long bar, open floorplan, modern, lots of TVs. Service was OK, you may have to flag the bartender down. Selection was very good for the brewery, they seemed to have most of their seasonals on tap and they were mostly fresh and tasted awesome. They had all their normal brews, too. Value during happy hour is exceptional, for appetizers too. My wife may have gotten sick off the mussels. Overall a very good spot for pre/post game or otherwise. Recommended.

Nice big place right up from the ball park and football/soccer field. Huge bar with lots of seating, everything was nice and fairly clean. Service was excellent at the bar but it was a Tuesday afternoon and not that busy. Very nice selection of Elysian beers, with some draft only and cask selections. Food was really good, taco Tuesday’s is a winner. Prices seemed good considering the area. This is a great place, way better than I had expected.

Visited for lunch in Nov ’12 prior to catching the plane home from SEATAC.
Largeish single roomed venue with the bar area breaking the room up into 2 parts.
The place was pretty dead, no more than maybe 20 other folks there.
I had a couple of sampler trays on my visit. Around half the beers were standard Elysian offerings, the other half less seen examples.
We ate here and the food was really good, however our server showed up with our main courses literally 2 minutes after putting our starters in front of us !!!
Stooopid and no need - the place wasn’t even busy or anything so we watched our burgers and fries cool in front of us !
That aside the food was really good here.
Having visited the other Elysian establishment on a more recent visit this place is a much classier joint though at the business end the beer selection is pretty similar. 15 minutes walk from Pike.

One of my favourite beers on my 3 day trip to Seattle was the Perseus Porter. Good to see half pint (or thereabouts!) glasses but booo to no wi-fi. Still the beers are excellent.

Visited while roadtripping through Oregon and Washington. Located near the stadiums. Beers were generally pretty good and there was a ton of different beers available. However, I was slightly annoyed at the fact that our server didn’t want to serve us smaller sized samplers.

A very large hall-like interior, almost like stepping into a church. A large bar with lots of seats and several booths and tables. Several (>10) house brews on tap with a couple of guest beers.

I made the mistake of going here about an hour before a Mariners game. There were no seats at the bar, and the staff was overwhelmed. I promptly left, and re-visted after the baseball game (I left in the 8th inning), and there were literally 5 people here. They have about 15 beers on tap with their regulars, and a few special beers. One of those was full of diacetyl, and clearly not ready to be put on tap. I ordered the cured meat platter, which was pretty darn tasty. All in all, a decent place, and probably worth visiting - just not before a Mariners/Seahawks/Sounders game.
