Ordered online and received the beers in about 3 weeks in a totally indestructible box. Great selection of interesting and delicious Fantome beers. Website is easy to use. I would order from them again.

Like most people I havenít actually been here, just ordered online. Theyíre probably the best online store in Belgium. They may not have the best prices on bottles but they are pretty good and they have one of the best selections online right now. They also have a deal with Fantome for some Etre-exclusives as well as some occasional old stuff and charity beers. You can get all your lambic here and even after shipping (if youíre buying 11 large bottles at a time) itís still cheaper than youíd get it at the store for (at least in the US). Customer service has been pretty good, or at the very least responsive in the past. I did get a little frustrated once when I was instructed by the owner of Fantome to contact these guys about some old bottles that they might have. They said no they didnít but several months later some of those very bottles went up for sale. Despite that Iíll continue to come back.

Webshop rating: I typically use Etre Gourmet or BelgiumInABox for overseas orders. Etre Gourmet has a good website, and the box ships pretty fast and is packed very well. Email communication about order details is spotty, but light years better than any other Belgian business or Belgian person for that matter who is still discovering the internet. They have frequently thrown in some extra glassware for me, which is very nice. Prices are sort of at an international equilibrium for rare releases and seemingly very cheap for basic Belgian stuff. Good place to find rare Fantomes, Drie Fonteinen, Struise, Cantillon. But for special releases there is a limit (good thing) and priced at equilibrium. Make sure you check your order weight as a single bottle added to your order could jump the shipping up by 40-50 euro.

Ordered through Etre twice now (once on my own, and once a split order with someone else). The communication may be a bit sparse in terms of knowing for certain that your order has been processed and on the way, but damn it was fast getting here. Ordered late on a Friday or Saturday night here in the US, the bomb-proof box arrived the following Saturday. Box was remarkably well packed, everything in the order was correct. The prices (even once factoring in the shipping divided per bottle) are better than what I would pay to get the same beers here in the US (if I could even find some of them), and thereís no hassle in going out to stores, hoping someone has tucked away a few bottles behind the counter. Quick and easy. Iíll certainly be ordering here again.

Good webshop with focus on Belgian beers. Good selection and they often have rare beers. A bit expensive when it comes to shipping, but still a great place to get interesting Belgian beers.

Have bought beers from Etre online and also picked up on site. This last box was delivered to a friend in Brussels and I pocked it up last weekend. Had got 3 small 3 Fonteinen instead of the ordered big ones. No problems, Robert sends 3 big ones to Sweden without any additional cost. What a CUSTOMER CARE! Highly recommended.
