I was here last week, and I must admit that this place is a MUST, if not for the food alone. Fantastic selection on the menu, and I had so many things I wanted to try. Had the poutine with foie gras, and it was fucking epic. The beer selection is not large by any stretch, but the taps are carefully chosen. Some decent bottles, too. Staff was good and patient, and I just really loved this place. Definitely will go to again.

Modern upscale but still unique. Lots of wood and iron- very loud. Went in with a group on a busy night, so our server was good but it was too busy for particularly personal service. Beer selection seemed decent- I got an old favorite and one I hadnít tried. I took a bunch of non-beer people who were all pleased. The food was really tasty, everyone enjoyed what they got and especially enjoyed the poutine. Not cheap. Good for a fun night with a group or a date that wasnít a first date.

Stopped in here on my trip to Denver and man am I glad I did. Incredible food--I got the duck confit poutine--and a great beer selection. But then be sure to check out their cellar list. Things like 2012 Sucaba (I was there in 2014), 2011 BA Yeti, 2011 BA Hibernation, 2011 BA Old Ruffian, 2007 Raison díExtra, lots of Avery BA Series stuff, FW 16, etc. The prices for the food were reasonable. The prices for the beer were all over the place. Regular beer list was perfectly fine, but the cellar was really a mess. $43 for 2011 BA Yeti, $54 for 2011 BA Hibernation. OK, fine. But then $36 for La Folie Transatlantique Kriek and $43 for Dogfish Head American Beauty? I donít get it. Anyway, definitely stop in here and if youíre looking for cellar stuff it seems to be the place to go in the area.

Visited on a Tuesday for dinner with friends. This space was Soapy Smithís many years ago and was one of the spots I hung out at when I lived in Denver - fun little trip down memory lane. There is seating on both the main level, as well as the second level, along with a small patio out front. We sat at the bar on the second level. The whole restaurant feels cramped. The food menu has lot of interesting items, and the Poutine with Mushroom gravy + the brat sandwich on pretzel bread I had were both really tasty. The beer menu had a nice selection of well chosen craft beers, and the bottle list had some really great stuff, but my word are the over priced. Service was on the OK side of good. Worth checking out, right around the corner from Freshcraft so why not hit both?

I stopped by this place by accident and was pleasantly surprised. The cuisine is top notch, a bit pricey but well worth it. The beer selection is very good, but listen to the waitress staff; they have some great pairings.

Beer selection wasnít amazing, but it was good enough. Bottle prices were stupid high. Service was good and food was amazing and well priced. More of a good restaurant with decent beer than a beer place with good food.

quick stop while exploring the downtown area. met up with some of the bruery folks here, too. a bit more of a dining and beverage experience than your typical beer bar (not typical burgers and beers). taplist was fairly pedestrian, particularly considering some of the other places in town. a bit more of a laid back atmosphere, despite being fairly busy.

Visited October 9, 2013.

Interesting set up with an upstairs and a downstairs bar and dining room, both dark, both comfortable but packed. They have a number of taps but most of them arenít overly interesting. They have a few different taps upstairs but nothing that I really wanted to drink. During GABF the place was packed and noisy and we ran into the Bruery group there (about 8 of them, and bman113vr was a couple of rounds in already). The service was friendly enough but were busy. Prices were high; possibly marked up for GABF. Iím not sure Iíd make this a destination with all the other destinations in town but itíll do.

Euclid Hall is a gastropub with a fantastic food menu and a solid beer menu to complement the food. I was worried about the food being overpriced, but it was very reasonable. I havenít seen pad thai pig ears or suckling pig or duck confit at a better price anywhere else. You could get a serious meal for two for well under $30. The interior is a lot of brick and wood, giving it a warming and classy feel. The draft selection is good with offerings from Boulevard, Great Divide, Dry Dock, Left Hand, etc. I wouldnít say the draft list was awe-inspiring but it was suitable. Pints are around $5.25 and they have happy hour from 3-6 during which most pints are only $3. Pretty reasonable draft prices. The bottle selection is a totally different story. The selection is pretty expansive, but again nothing crazy or that couldnít easily be found at most of the better beer stores in town. The mark-ups on the bottles are just nuts though. I totally understand paying significantly more for a bottle at a restaurant than at an off-premise store. For instance Duchess de Bourgogne is about $5 a bottle at the store and I paid $8-$9 for it at bars plenty of times. Fine. But Euclid Hall wants $12.75 for the same 11 oz bottle. They also charge over $40 for a 750mL of Timmermans Geuze. Come on, thatís just crazy. So, I strongly recommend visiting Euclid Hall. Eat some delicious, cutting-edge culinary fare, pair it with a good draft beer and save your wallet serious pain by skipping the bottles.

Located just off of Larimer Square this place has a Gastropub feel which means servers in black tshirtes managing large doses of pretension and the prices that go with it. The had 10 taps of mainly local stuff that everyone else has but it didnít appear they had a lot of rotation. The bottles were more interesting but not particularly tempting given their highway robber type pricing. Itís also incredibly loud, even when barely occupied, so I peaced out after downing but a solitary pint.

We came in here on a Friday evening while waiting for a reservation at a nearby restaurant. Walked up to the upstairs bar and got a few seats as others were leaving. The tap list is solid but unspectacular; 1-2 things I hadnít tried, a couple locals. There are 5 tiers of bottles, as well, with prices way above what they should be. The bartender was a hipster who got a couple beer names wrong; I ordered a Stone "Coconut Porter" that turned out to be not what I expected, but the R&R Coconut IPA. The food looked good but we didnít eat here. Overall, it seemed overpriced, overcrowded, and overrated. Iíll skip it next time Iím in town.
