I can’t believe it took me so long to try this place. But I’ll make up for that, as it will surely be a firmly regular stop now. IMO - this is the best combination of food and beer in Denver. They might not have the depth on the beer side of a FRT, Toronado, etc, but the selection was really impressive. Also, between us and 2 other people nearby were treated to some off-menu gems in both the beer and food departments. The Food is the real star here. Honestly, the best gastropub food i’ve had anywhere. I ate myself silly and still had 4-5 things I was dying to try. I’m not sure I’d come here to JUST drink and not eat, but on the same line, I’m not sure I could come here and NOT eat. Awesome.

I was here last week, and I must admit that this place is a MUST, if not for the food alone. Fantastic selection on the menu, and I had so many things I wanted to try. Had the poutine with foie gras, and it was fucking epic. The beer selection is not large by any stretch, but the taps are carefully chosen. Some decent bottles, too. Staff was good and patient, and I just really loved this place. Definitely will go to again.

These guys have a great operation with an almost kitschy pandering to foodies (pad thai pig ears, duck poutine, and marrow bones) and a solid (if not overwhelmingly large) tap list (but more bottles). Great place to hang out in the evening, or grade papers in the afternoon.

Wow, great space. Our group headed up stairs to the greeter only to be diverted another level higher. Big square space with wood to industrial looking architecture. The staff is friendly, fairly knowledgeable about craft beer and attentive. I love the food here, come on!?, duck gravy Poutine?!? Yummers! And short rib sausages, yes! The draft list is pretty short but solid with local and regional offerings. The bottle/cellar list is pretty nice with some vintage stuff too. Great place. My next visit to Denver this is a must stop.

A nice, albeit loud restaurant/bar on the outskirts of LoDo. The beer selection was small but thoughtful. The food was good, but I was expecting more based on other comments. A little on the pricey side for what you get.

Euclid hall is one of my favorite spots in downtown Denver. The beer menu is not huge, but very impressive. There’s often exclusive and/or rare finds. The food is everything I look for in a gastropub. Try the chicken & waffles, awesome cheese offerings, poutines, and the best dessert in town- sourdough waffle ice cream sandwich w/ pralines and almond ice cream. All this said, the best thing about Euclid Hall is that they have the most knowledgable staff I’ve ever come across in a restaurant/beer bar. Hard to stay away from this joint!

Stopped in for lunch on a random Thursday and loved it so much we returned for dinner. The place’s sign is a large beer faucet sticking out into the streets of Denver. Nice tap list with a mix of styles, organized by how "accessible" beers of each style would be. Service was spot-on and very helpful, and could talk about the beers. Food was stupendous. The mushroom gravy fries, the fried green tomato bruschetta, and the homemade kettle corn and ice cream were excellent and the beer matched well with the food. All in all a great experience. Next time I will go back with more money and try some beers off of the "cellar list." A must-go if in Denver.

We showed up at 8 for our reservation and waited about half an hour, only to realize that they had given our reservation away. We ended up waiting about an hour to get our table. Because of this I was really hoping the food would suck so that I could give them a poor rating. The food was amazing and totally worth the wait. The manager made sure we were treated right and even took 50% off of our bill. Great food, unique beer selection, and the duck poutine was to die for. Would have given them a better rating if they hadn’t screwed up our reservation so badly. I will definitely be back.
