Small place with some outside tables. Plays awesome music, which helps make a good vibe. Empahsizes CrookedMoon stuff on tap. Friendly. Staff. Great place.

Looks like a mixture of german students’ local and an english pub;with a noisy concrete-dominated patio in front of it; good selection of well-kept (and always rotating) beers; if Mikkeller is overcrowded, try to find a seat here!

Visited here after day two of CBC 2013. I’ll start by saying I was with jackl. It’s certainly a good bar with a great range of beers on tap. But my experience here was heavily tainted by the poor treatment we received from one server. I was sitting with my two companions when, quite randomly, this little Aussie (or maybe he was a Kiwi?) came to our table and started insulting us. It took me a minute to realise he wasn’t taking the piss and was actually quite seriously harassing us. This staff member was pretty brazen and nonchalant in how he continued to annoy us. I’m glad jackl finally stood up and said ’Let’s go.’ because the situation could have easily escalated. As jackl noted, it was all a bit surreal. I did enjoy the beers we tried, though, and would return to this place again.

Very chill beer bar highlighting the Croocked Moon beers. Small, well thought out local beer tap list. Relaxed, tavern like atmosphere. Good prices. Service was friendly and quick. Bathrooms have enormous Big Lebowski quotes stenciled everywhere which is an instant A+ from me. Only problem I thought was that the bottle list was lacking and the beers being served were all too astringent, but that’s obviously not their fault. Would be nice to have a no astringent IPA on tap. I’m not sure if they had any food. Would be nice to offer sausage, cheese, pickles, bread.

An interesting and likable addition to the expanding beer scene at Vesterbro. 10 beers on tap, mostly from Danish micros, including a few from Croocked Moon. The bottle selection seems to be steadily growing. Medium sized room, basement-like. For the time being they obvious have some problem with the noisy resonance in the room. There’s a secluded patio outside that should be very nice in the summertime. Service was excellent when I visit the bar with other Norwegians early in November 2011.

I enjoyed this place quite a bit. Very comfortable atmosphere with a solid tap and bottle list as well as some brewing operations in the back. If you’re in the area for Mikkeller or Olbuttiken definitely stop by.

200 Meters from Mikkeller Bar. 10 taps and a few bottles. Grassroots, Beer Here, 1, 2 German taps and Oerbier and Tripel Karmeliet was on when I visited. All quality. 20 cl. is 30 DKR. (4.50 Us) A place to check for when in copenhagen!

Located but a short walk away from The Mikkeller bar. Fementoren is a dimly lit basement bar with a studenty feel to it. The draft beer selection is full of interesting Danish micros from the likes of Evil Twin, Fanø & Croocked Moon. All the beers I had on my visit were damn tasty. The service was excellent - the guy behind the bar was friendly and knowledgeable. I know this place will get overlooked by many due to the proximity of Mikkeller bar, but it’s still well worth a visit.

Good beers, good music. Lot of seating place especially when the terrasse is open, delicious barbecue on sundays which you can enjoy with draught rarities. The owner and staff are really friendly and fun. Totally my kind of place.
