Cosy bar with a patio and a relaxed atmosphere. Polite service. Good tap selection with mainly Danish beers and a nice selection of bottles as well.

Nice and cozy basement bar at Halmtorvet, not far from the Mikkeller Bar. On my visit on a Saturday evening late February they had 8-10 draught beers, mainly from Danish micro brewers. Staff was efficient, friendly and quite knowledgeable. Was not too busy on my visit. Definitely worth a visit, and since most of you will visit the Mikkeller bar, the five minute walk makes it quite comfortable. I’ll be back anyway. (Revisited Jan 2013) The range of draught beers has now gone up to 20, mainly Danish micros, and some imports. Can get crowded Friday or Staurday evenings.

Cozy basement with dark corners- you feel welcome here. Fine but not overwhelming selection of beer on tap. I really like the place. And there’s a patio outside, if summer should come along.

Gets pretty busy on the weekends or during sporting events. Nice ambiance, good and knowledgeable service. Beer selection is alright, 10 taps, but unfortunately it just pales compared to a certain bar just blocks away...

This neighborhood kind of bar is a good alternative to Mikkeller if you are looking for a good draft and maybe even a place to sit. 20 taps plus a decent bottle menu.

My quick first impression of this bar is that it’s a nice addition to the CPH beer bars. The bar is very cozy, there are both regular tables, but also a comfy corner with chesterfield couches and shit. The beer selection is not vast with only 9 taps, but very diverse and there is a beer for every taste. Rodenbach Grand Cru, De Dolle Stille Nacht, Crooked Moon Haymarket and Crooked Moon Bad Karma were among the 9. Much less crowded than Mikkeller Bar which is in the vicinity. Will definitely visit again when I’m in Copenhagen.
