Actually found this place by chance (rather than reading through places here) very local for me and have to say really happy to have discovered Fish and beer. As already said by others the "Fish" part is rather misleading but having walked past with our shopping I dragged the Mrs in for a look around. Amazing selection was on display. Of course lots of Danish micros as expected (and good to see plenty of support/offerings from the local Amager brewery) but also a varied global selection English/US/Belgian and much more. Was busy so didn’t manage to chat to the staff but seemed friendly enough, picked up/purchased a few choice bottles to take away quickly because of the queue. Prices were very good especially for the imports. Will definitely be returning and have to say on first impressions this is a close second to the great BarleyWine for me now.

A nice shop. Nice selection with alot of danish beers, but also quite a lot of beers from Belgium and USA. Very nice staff that gave away a bottle to every customer.

My local beer pusher.
They always have something interesting. Very large selection of Danish microbrews, and my source for Mikkeller.
Also quite good American selection.
Hmmm! I am adding a little extra to my rating. This is really one of the best shops in Copenhagen. Largest selection in town?
Unfortunately no longer my primary source for Mikkeller - They sort of cannot keep up with the Mikkeller speed of brewing.
BUT my primary source for lots of other stuff, like Amager.
I can always find something new.
Oh, and I am Mayor here:-)

Very nice beer shop with an outstanding selection of Dnsh beers and some interesting US beers as well. Very friendly and knowledgable owners. No fish in sight, go figure. Bring cash. Plastic is a no go.

The staff is very friendly. Do you need help you will get it. If not you are allowed to browse for yourself. Selection of about 400 beers that are changing regularly. A bit off the beaten tracks but then their prices are moderate. The staff seems to know their beers and to have a good general knowledge of beers.

Great selection of Danish and US beers available. Also some more exotic like 5 different Faroe beers. Very friendly staff. Prices are a bit below the average in CPH. Most recommendable.

Nice shop with a lot of space, the beers well put up on display. Nice sight indeed. Great selection of beers from many countries. The Danish micros take up most of the spaces on the shelves. Good bottles of wine, lots of liquor and some liqueurs too. Good service from the staff. The shop has also started to sell good quality fresh grinded coffee and cut down on the fish sale instead. Discount is given to members of the Danish beer entusiasts organisation.

Et rigtig hyggeligt og venligt sted. Stort udvalg af øl og en rimelig pris. Godt skiltet og en god prispolitik overfor for gamle øl. Generelt meget anbefalelsesværdigt.
