Been in business throgh 2 generations that I have patronized. Excellant selection of beers, wines and liquors at a reasonable price.

Sometimes a bit disorganized and staff not overly helpful, but some decent selection of in and out-of-state brews. Mostly Wisconsin and regional stuff.

A respectable store. Nothing special. Pretty hit or miss in the singles section. Sometimes you find a gem other times is just a thrown together hodge podge of stock they are trying to get rid of. Usually nothing too rare or hard to find, but reliable for the regulars that you would expect in Wisconsin.

The great selection of beers is what makes this a good place to shop. It’s a bit cramped for space because of the selection. Pat (owner0 always seems to be around to help patrons locate what they’re looking for. A good place to go.

This place has a well rounded selection but without the peaks of beer hunting. New Glarus is well represented but they were sold out of any unpluggeds. Reasonable selection of Wisconsin beers but nothing that can’t be found elsewhere in the state. I was surprised by the lack of interesting Central Waters beers. Reasonable selection of Belgians and other brews. Decent singles selection. Good overall liquor store, decent location if you’re in the city (as I was) but it doesn’t deserve a detour if you’re a veteran beer hunter. The staff was helpful in trying to find things I asked about.

not nearly as bad as its been made out to be. yes indeed they have some chunky and dusty old beers but the majority are fine. the selection is pretty large, and i found some older NG unplugged beers. if you want to delve into wine and liquor you are definitely set, theyve got mountains of the stuff. but there are no short of 5-6 coolers of 6 packs, 2 more of 12 packs and a long row of warm 6 packs. around the corner from that are single 12ozs for make your own 6 pack, and plenty of bombers. then you have yet another shelf full of 750s. and none of this includes all the macro junk. id be happy if this store was in my hood!

I travel from Green Bay so I can purchase my Stone Ruination IPA. They have a nice selection of beer and every thing they have can be bought individually. This is the closest place the sell Stone brewing products so this is were I go. Staff is alright but not reallly eager to help.

For starters, how about updating your website? Several of the brand listed there aren’t in the store (like Slab City). The build your own six pack selection was very expensive, many bottles marked over $2 a piece – stuff like Hinterland and Falls. There’s a 10% discount if you buy more than six. Not that I want to come out and bash this place, but many of the six packs looked old and dusty. The foreign selection was nice, but dusty as well. The selection was decent throughout the store and many six packs and some singles sit in the large walk in beer cave The staff was friendly, but overall I wasn’t real excited by the store.

A liquor store with a decent beer selection - as noted, a lot of the stock seemed old and dusty, so I’d look out for that (don’t buy the imports, they all look like they’ve been there forever) - aside from that, that had a solid selection of local beer - I found quite a few things I wanted to get while on my visit to WI - not worth going out of your way for, but if you’re passing through town (like I was), stop on in.

Check the expiration date on the bottles because they tend to buy old beers and sell them at a premium price. Not a very respectable tactic. I have brought this up to them but they don’t take the old beers off the shelf. Some of the beers I have found to be up t o 2 years old!!! Don’t worry, I know that some good beers age but a pilsner 2 years after its expiration date is going to taste skunky and disgusting. Good selection of brews but again, check the date.
