Great place to grab a beer or more. Over 200 kinds of beer in stock, with the stock rotatiting seasonally. I love this place, it is the best beer bar I have ever been to. I frequent this place as much as possibe.

Iíve been frequenting the saucer for about 2-3 years now and this is without a doubt the best beer place in the d/fw metroplex! Iím usually by myself and I like most of the live bands they bring in. The have a GREAT selection of beers and even though they may not be the most knowledgeable on beers, they are extremely nice. The waitresses always treat me like royalty when Iím there (even thought they donít have to) and I almost alwayís meet another beer connoisseur (sp.?) while Iím there! hey pugís let me know the next time your there and Iíll try and make it, I prefer Monday! cheers!

Old-style converted house with a vast selection of taps and bottles. Attractive waitresses and good food, only a little bit pricey. Sometimes crowded and only has a cover charge on the weekend.

Excellent place with three different areas to sit. a semi-outdoor (in the summer) front area. A cool main seating area in the middle... and the Pub of Love, a smokeylounge area in the back with beat up old couches to slouch on. Pretty much the greatest selection of beers in the Metroplex. Food menu is VERY limited though and what you can get is average at best. Otherwise GREAT PLACE!

As others have mentioned, this instance of the Flying Saucer does put up some fantastic fire sales. While most of the food is of poor quality, the beer selection is exquisite in comparison to any other place in the Dallas area. The lighting can be dark at times and on busy nights it can be frustrating to get service - unless youíre a regular. So far - the best place Iíve been to for beer.

The Flying Saucer has the best selection of beer I have ever seen at any bar. During my visit on a Friday night, they had a live band covering 90s rock songs which was real cool. The build your own fight feature is my personal favorite for $8.5 you get 5 5oz glasses of what ever beer you want. The Flying Saucer is a great place to try new beers and socialize with other cool people. This is defiantly one of the best bars in the DFW Metroplex!

Only place in Addison or north of LBJ to get a great beer in a comforable environment. Staff work hard to keep the beers coming and look good doing it. Nice Belgian selection on tap and the Rogue Locker Stock program is a good way to try unique beers to the market. Beer tastings held quarterly with smart speakers. Music is good and there is always a somewhat quite place to escape to.

I love this place!
The interior is quite nice, the girls are beautiful, itís too noisy (well, on a holiday eve with sports on tv, itís packed with people), a bit dark... but they have a wide selection of beers, some very good, and they allow samplers!

My baterdender was a cookie-cutter sort of guy with beer knowledge he read from an employment manual. The other guy behind the bar was much more knowledgable and conservastional, and thus, more pleasant. Great selection for an out-of-towner.
