They keep around 80 brews on tap everyday, and stock 130-150 diff. bottles. The layout includes an outdoor Euro-Garden and a very spacious, high ceiling, bar inside... with ample setting. The ladies wear a catholic school outfit (plaid skirt& stockings) and ,for the most part, know their beer (or atleast how to pronounce it). The food is very good (moderatly priced ~$9) and goes great w/ a vareity of styles. The German Sampler is perfect, minus the price. This place will be kicking once we (SC) drops this ABV limit. On tap: many Rouges, a couple of Unibroues, all the locals, a few good Belgiums, and there a couple of damn good bottles. Plus they do try to use proper glassware and there a like 5 large tvís.

Nice place. Building layout is good. Darts...would like a few pub-like activities. Service was good. Bartender was knowledgeable. Food was good. Prices were reasonable.

Typical Flyinig Saucer with a decent amount of locals. Nice large patio and good noise level. Service was better then most Saucers.

Slowly making my way to all the Saucers (except they keep opening more so I may never get to them all). Typical Saucer vibe - my bartenders and the manager were passionate and fairly knowledgable.

If you like a large selection and an overpriced menu than this is place for you. Donít get me wrong, I love college girls in microskirts serving beers, but the gimmicky atmosphere and tiny servings at large costs make this not the place to go if you really want to enjoy a couple beers.

On par with other larger Flying Saucers. Big patio for the smokers, reasonable parking - drive on the sidestreets for street parking. Flying Saucer food is OK, the palate cleanser plate is great, esp the cheeses. Service was not as great as other places. Friendly crowd, same old pint night and trivia. One thing that makes this a good destination is that there are at least two other great beer bars with huge selections in staggering distance.

This is probably one of my favorite drink halls. Great selection and good staff. The food was typical bar food, but very well done. Their beer selection was fantastic, especially considering I had not expected to find such an establishment in Columbia.

Came here on St. Pattys day. It was pretty low key. Food selection was good and they did have some unique choices. The draught list had many quality selections. They have a nice outdoor patio. Last time I came they had Mephistopheles stout on draft; which blew my mind, mainly because it was in South Carolina. Definitely the best place in town for good food and beer
