A very decent place to have some beers if your in the area. however, i thought that their TX lineup was lacking compared to the Garland, TX location. THey did have a few rare/notworthy selections though, so that made it all the better. Bartender was very friendly and i would definatley go back if im in this area.

The waitresses all wanted me, and I was happy to oblige. The Flying Saucer always has a great selection, and this place is no exception. Very accessible, and plan on staying awhile. Nice tap and bottle selection; the 1/2 Price bookstore next door can be a dangerous place after a pint or 5...

Spacious and clean, but the layout seemed a little bizarre...selection is great, exactly what I would’ve expect at a Saucer...service was pretty horrid...I wasn’t able to find a seat at a table, but the bar wasn’t very busy and I sat at the end of the L shape close to the door...took 9 minutes to get a bartender to even acknoledge me since they were busy chatting with themselves and the servers at the other end at the service well...they even made eye contact...

Pretty nice Saucer.. . fairly helpful bartenders, waitresses were a bit better .. . tap selection is on the lower side of saucers but happy to see a good dose of locals on tap, even though were out of about 4-5 things i tried to order on tap .. . nice little patio.. . a good solid Saucer!

a friend brought me here for a few beers and I’m glad she did. Texas is well represented and there are plenty of other options as well. We did not eat here, but the food at the other tables looked decent. Good service and prices were good to slightly high.

The first thing I noticed about this location was that is was in a very generic stip mall building - most of the Saucers I’ve been to are in unique buildings. $3 pints on Monday nights, good selection of american and European micros.

One of the better physical layouts for a Saucer- nice patio. Great selection for San Antonio- probably the best in the city.

Stopped in on a Saturday evening. The place was very busy, albeit a bit smaller than the other Saucers. The service was prompt and attractive. I found a few things that I can’t find in Dallas, and the selection was good. A nice venue.

I like to meet friends here when I’m in San Antonio (only on weekdays). It’s a strip mall bar with a good beer selection and a weird mixture of people drinking arrogant bastard and corona or heineken. Average service - place gets CROWDED and sometimes people are rude here. Value is pretty good, I think. Like all saucers, I think of 3 beers I want before ordering, because they’re probably out of two of them.

A great outside area but the layout inside could be better. Excellent selection of bottles, trending to European beers, and great selection of handles. Very surprised to see DFH90’ on tap - and it was fresh! Beer knowledge was marginal, but I didn’t chat with the bartenders. Fairly dear for SA, but there is value-added here in the way of sports on flat and big screens. A bit out of the way but worth the trip for ale lovers.
