A huge selection of beers, very busy and very noisy and wait staff than can only be explained as Hooters for Suicide Girls although jst as creepy.

A nice place. A little on the loud side, but not too bad. The food tastes pretty good, but the menu is pretty tiny. The service is average but most of the servers are pretty easy on the eyes. they have something like 400 beers, so the selection is pretty decent. Being SA, I couldn’t believe that 75% weren’t Shiner ;) I’m trying to get in alot of different samples and going to these kinds of places while traveling on business helps. It is what you would expect, a regional chain with pub grub.

This is a pretty good Saucer location. Service and food was much better than any other location I’ve been to. Their tap list doesn’t take many chances, but, it’s as varied a selection as your likely to find in SA (still a BMC kind of town). 100% smoke-free inside encourages me to come back often and stay longer.

Waitress was VERY attentive and served our beer and food promptly, as well as checked back often. She was generally interested in our thoughts on several types of beer, but could’ve been a little more knowledgeable/ Atmosphere was a typical "pub", but nice. Food was fresh and beyond typical bar food. The best part is that the entire bar is non-smoking, except for the patio outside. It’s nice for non-smokers to be able to enjoy a few complex beers without having to deal with the stench of smoke. Will definitely go back again and again.

Good place to get a very good selection of brews. Food, overall is OK... Chili is horrible (I’m somewhat of a chili snob). Service for the most part is prompt and good. Friends keep telling me to join their brew club or whatever it is. As a RateBeerian, I feel it’s a waste of my time as I’ve already rated a good number of brews.

Stopped in on a Saturday evening. The place was very busy, albeit a bit smaller than the other Saucers. The service was prompt and attractive. I found a few things that I can’t find in Dallas, and the selection was good. A nice venue.

This bar has an amazing selection for what is on tap. Their menus are categorized by type of beer and, like all Flying Saucers, you get to create an account and build up a list of the different beers you have had. Good for trying out different ones, especially if you don’t want to have to pick up full cases at the specialty stores. I started at the top of the list with a Paulaner Oktoberfest and then the next dobblebock.

Someone once referred to this place as the "Hooters of Beer Bars" and I think it lives up to the name based on the eye candy that prances around (my boyfriend much appreciates). However, this should not be a knock on the Saucer, as they do offer great ambiance, a wide selection of beer, and a friendly staff. I was not at all impressed with the food. I’d prefer a menu like what can be found at a place like the Yardhouse, but it is what it is. Overall a very good experience and the selection can rarely be matched. Probably could use some more frequent cleaning of their beer lines though as I’ve had some beers that had a little extra funk in them before.

Typical Flying Saucer location....okay atmosphere, great selection and pretty good food. One thing I like about this chain is that the servers generally know there stuff...which is great for patrons who are not beer nerds like most of us are.
