had to drive cross state im the afternoon, a small parking lot inthe back plus some on street parking. thought I would take advantage a drop in. large open area with seating and a long bar, near the store there is another small bar and a pool table. sat down and was served quickly. had a bunch of taps on of mostly their normal offerings. they did have 5 tap room only beers on. food menu was mostly sandwiches with a few snacks. i ordered the dancing with the devil, prepped and delivered quickly. that plus two pints was $18.25 before tip, al,ost an oitright deal.

Some truly great beers, very good share-able plates, and sandwiches that are much better than a sandwich should be.

Love this place. Itís true you have to order food by standing in line, which was a little annoying. The food made up for it. Got a portabello burger--best sandwich Iíve ever had. The beer was phenomenal. Get the breakfast stout.

Had dinner with colleagues on a Tuesday night - busy but not crazy. Nice selection of taps, good food to be had.. Friendly and attentive service. Nice place to have dinner and a few pints - would recommend.

Not as large as I would have thought. Was open seating - not really the most convenient thing when you have 10 people for lunch on Saturday. Food mainly sandwiches and appetizers. Good but really not as great as the ratings indicate.

I have always loved Founders beer and finally got to check the place out in person when on vacation. The pub is rather large and very nice, staff is friendly and the beer does not disappoint. Food is mostly sandwiches but they are rather tasty I did not like the ballpark feel to it. What i mean is you have to stand in like to get food. Once for ordering and once for pick up. Took about 45 min. Id much rather pay a little more to have service with food than have to stand in line. Other than that great place.

Been here a handful of times for special events, as well as just meeting up with other beer guys across the state. Nice atmosphere inside, big ceiling but floor space is somewhat limited - they are often crowded, but the recent addition of the biergarten helps. Even in the cold months, they have heaters & fires to keep warm, as well as a secondary bar outside with the more popular beers on tap. Always a good selection (although many people tend to complain that stuff like KBS, CBS, etc. isnít on tap all the time) but what do you expect? It seems like they often have some nice tap-only, specialty brews & the new, small barrel brewing set-up will continue that trend. EXCELLENT food, & they have a huge menu with tons of delicious sandwiches. So far, the reuben & the cranberry chicken salad have been my favorites. They throw great parties & even when busy, it never takes too long to get another beer or food. They need more seating on the inside, maybe, but not a huge complaint. As expected, this place must be visited by beer lovers at least once.

A pretty impressive complex. Lots of seating inside and out. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Some nice brewery only beers. Had a pretty good sandwich. If I lived in town I would be there all the time.
