This place is a family-run corner store. The owners are very friendly. The deli counter makes decent and affordable sandwiches. The also usually have some middle eastern food available as well. The beer selection is very nice and well selected with both usual go-to’s and specialities. Mostly california including nearly all the regular Port, Stone and Lost Abbey varieties. A number of good imports as well. Nice people. Good Beer

Great for rare finds- they serve food but I’ve never eaten there. Pretty knowledgeable staff.

They are fairly enthusiastic about their beer. Three folks, apparently including Fred, were really curious about the printable beer list. They intend to check out ratebeer this evening. Got Rogue Monk Madness; Wychcraft; several others.

This is one of those places that I normally avoid, but they have a great beer selection. The guy there was very knowledgeable about beer. I will be back for more.

Freds has been a once a month stop for me for decades, never have purchased a six pack, always singles, never 2 of the same kind. A month is a good time frame to check and see if they have gotten something. They have falafel, hummus, etc. but I have never eaten there.

This place is always good for one or two.." Well I dont remember ever seeing that beer before". Big selection of N Cal and PNW Micros.

Pretty good selection with decent prices.
