Went to Freshcraft this past Tuesday for grand opening. Apparently they’d had a soft open for a while which was evident - service, food, beer were all excellent. We only had appetizers but quite a few things I saw on the menu that will get me back down there. And although it’s not the largest selection of beer in downtown, what they do have is an awesome eye for good craft beer. Even had a Bristol Compass IPA on nitro which I’d not seen elsewhere yet. I’ll definitely be back and I’ve already recommended it to both my beer geek friends and "regular" friends.

Visited for the first time whilst over from the UK. Great selection on the 20 taps available. Happy hour 3 - 7 which made a difference. Very pleasant staff who made me very welcome. Food very reasonable too. Seem to have a rarer selection of beers than Falling Rock. Loved it.

This is a top notch beer bar with excellent food. The layout is spacious for the room they’ve got. Exposed brick and wooden furnishings keep things classy. Our bartender was simply great. They have a decent lunch special: buy a certain meal and receive a $2 pint, as well as $1 off appetizers and $4 pints during happy hour. Otherwise, the prices are pretty fair anyway. There were a solid 24 taps spanning a good variety and including a few rarities. This is the first place I’ve seen Fat Head in Colorado. We had the cheese fritters with the Iowa style pork sandwich. The meal was absolutely top notch. The music over the speakers was a good mix of modern stuff and a few R&B songs thrown in for good measure. I approve. I will definitely be back.

Did someone miss the 100+ bottled beers? In a crowded week of touring this was the only bar in Denver I discovered that came close to tapping Falling Rock on the shoulder and saying, "Hi, we’re just behind you." This seems to be where brewers like to drink and that says a lot. Good food, a clever selction of beers, well-trained staff and wanting to improve further however ity can. It’s a winner.

Great place, become my favorite in Denver during GABF week. A great tap selection, some real nice bottles and good food. All combined with friendly service and a good atmosphere. Definitely stop here!

The food was inventive and thoroughly enjoyable. The beer selection wasn’t overwhelming, but I found some winners on the list. Be advised that a supplemental list contains about a dozen beers that aren’t on the regular menu.

Very cool place just south of the free mall ride main depot. Tight entrance when it is busy, but that adds to the excitement of getting in. Had the C’ Stave yellow, nuff said. Cool staff and environment. Did not eat. Will go there again.

This is my "Cheers". The three brothers who opened this place are really great guys. I moved to Denver around the same time they opened and it has become my Beer Central. I am very happy for their success. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful, knowledgeable. I only wish I lived across the street so I could be there every day.
