Definitely not the ghetto. It is on an older Buffalo neighborhood however. Pretty good selection and pretty good service.

Ok - this place is not in the ’burbs, but it ain’t the east side, either (in fact, it’s the heart of the west side). i live down the street from Frontier, and i must assume that the previous raters are NOT from the city. please don’t let the ghetto label deter you from visiting this place. they’ve got a great selection, and they’ll order anything you want. also, their busiest time is around the holidays - when true buffaloians come out of the woodwork to purchase liquor and beer gifts at great prices - so check out the increased selection around this time.

wow, this place really is in the ghetto. the inside of the store isn’t much to look at either but their selection of beer is pretty good! most of the stuff you would be able to find at Premier but here it’s a bit cheaper - though not drastically cheaper. they are certainly lacking in Belgians, British, German, and imports in general... I was careful to buy some things since they were quite dusty and in direct light. six packs are easily broken up and priced accordingly. a pretty good stop if you’re in the area. oh, and the clientele is a bit sketchy

Small place. Located in the ghetto apparently, although I didn’t think the neighborhood was that bad. Decent selection. Mainly upstate NY beers but they had a decent selection of Anderson Valley, Bert Grant’s, Stone, Bear Republic and some Unibroue. Decently priced as well. Not a bad little store.

Not as bad as I expected, being located right in the ghetto. A pretty basic beverage store, also connected to a nice liquor store. Good selection of some good upstate NY stuff like Middle Ages, Saranac, Ithaca. A lot of basic stuff, but there was a good amount of Anderson Valley, Stone, Unibroue, and Bert Grants. Convienent place located close to my college.

Pretty ghetto, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have good beer. Pretty decent selection, also pretty cheap. A decent place if you’re in the neighborhood. If not, stick with Premier Gourmet.

There was a period a few years ago where they had some good stuff here - now its all crap. Pretty much anything they have here that is craft beer has been on the shelf for 4+ years.
