We stopped past Fyne Ales originally for a brewery tour and were impressed to see not only the brewery and shop but also a brand new bar! The bar has 5 very fresh cask ales on offer including a seasonal (Life of Ryely). They also had some tasty snacks such as venison sausage roll! The shop is at the back of the bar. It stocks all of their standard beers, mini-casks, limited release bottles (Sublime Stout, Superior IPA, Zombier, Sanda etc), t-shirts and glassware. The brewery tour was great fun and the staff & brewers were friendly and knowledgeable. A great stop and I definitely have to attend the Fyne Fest sometime soon!

Only visited during Fynefest so perhaps not representative of a typical visit. Busy, decent selection of beers, well priced.

We (me and Loz) visited the Fyne Ales brewery on Friday 11th June 2015, we also popped in here on numerous occasions over the weekend whilst attending Fyne Fest 2015. My dad has been here on numerous occasions over the years and explained how things have changed and improved over the years. It is a lovely little tap and shop with all of their beers on offer (reasonably priced) in mini cask and bottles along with a small well chosen selection from De Molen, Rooie Dop, Beavertown and others plus some American beers. Beer choice is a pretty even mix of keg and cask with about three of each, plus most of the bottles of offer. The taproom is longish, narrow and very smart with seating and tables opposite the bar, a fridge (filled with mini casks) at one end and a shelving displaying the bottles also at this end. We had a couple of new Fyne Ale offerings both on cask/handpump and both very nice. I liked this place, ok so itís a little remote but it is well worth the effort getting here and the drive up from Glasgow along Loch Lomond and around the nub end of other Lochs and over the passes is beautiful. I will definitely return.

tucked away on the Edge of Loch Fyne, what a little beauty. Good selection of their own and a carefully selected guest section. Definitly worth a stop if your up that way

Brewery shop with a large range of Fyne Ales on tap, cask and in bottles. The staff are very friendly and are happy for you to try everything before you buy, including the bottles that they will crack open for you. Thatís what I call service! As well as their own beers they also have a small range of Belgian, US and German beers. They seem to have a relationship with De Molen as they has a big range of their beers at very reasonable prices. An essential stop if youíre in the (fairly remote) area.

An attractive bar and shop, friendly shop and an interesting tour of a rather chaotic brewery in a former cowshed. A new brewery is underconstruction to more than double capacity. Good to find such a thriving business in such a remote location.

All 7 beers (+ 1 more Holly Daze) available in different size packages. Some other beer related stuff also available. Very friendly service and got lots of information about the brewery. They also give samples of their beers. Easy to find, well guided from the main road. Worth a visit.

The quality of the output from this brewery has continued to grow in the last couple of years. At the shop, it is possible to buy any of their 7 bottled beers as well as mini-casks. There is also glassware and gift packs. Courtesy of Head Brewer, Wil, we had a tour of the brewery and this was fascinating. Since this is a genuine small craft brewer, these are not regular occurrences and anyone else wanting to arrange this, should contact the brewery in advace to arrange.
