Went here on Monday 28th May 2012. This place is quite centrally located and drew our attention owing to a huge straight tree trunk that looked like the largest ever maypole you are likely to see, this was situated at the front in the garden seating area and really was staggeringly tall and impressive. The beer was good, it is an Augustiner pub, I had Edelstoff. Very quiet when we went here as it was between lunch time and early evening and was a very wet day, however a couple were eating and the food looked good, this place has about 3-4 rooms as I recall and can accommodate quite a large crowd. Would happily visit here again if in the area.
