Nice little brewpub north of Vilnius serving wood-oven thin pizzas and 2-3 homebrews in a tiny equipment that can be seen through a window under one table(!) near the bar. Their Sviesus is a great little brew, but their Tamsus and Stoutas were not too pleasant. The place itself is quaint and has a few nice areas in which to relax. I’d come by again if it were on my way, but wouldn’t expect anything super special.

Both the light and dark Gintaro lagers will always be available here, and usually the gira too. We were also given the stout, but that’s not a regular. We were fortunate enough to be given a tour of the brewery by the brewer (that was the purpose of our trip), but even a normal customer can see bits of the brewery, as it’s in the cellar and there’s a window on the floor by the bar that shows a couple of the vessels. Pizza looked good, but I didn’t partake. A throroughly civilised place to stop off on your way down south to the capital.
