Awesome store with large focus on beer. Massive singles selection with everything available that is in sixers. Nice regional and import selection. Lots of older Boulevard and Odell seasonals. Nice vintage selection of Thomas Hardy’s. Service was awesome. Has pretty much everything available in Kansas and better than any store in KC area.

A large store with a pretty nice selection. Felt like a typical liquor store with a large selection of chilled singles. A decent selection overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were quite competitive. Seems like a nice place to stop for bottles overall.

GREAT selection. Singles galore, vertical six packs, and tons of micros. Staff is very knowledgable, expecially Rob (the owner). Not to be missed if you are in Wichita. Always getting new stuff.

Most beers are refrigerated and the presentation is clean. Lots of single bottles to choose from. This store obviously cares about their appearance. Tons of Rogue beers! Decent prices. I am less impressed each time I return here. The customer service folks are condescending and not helpful. They rarely get in any new beers, even though they say they get them.

One of the best locations for beer I have found. Glad my mother-in-law lives in Wichita. Need I say more?

Been coming to Wichita for a few years now, and never bothered to check this place out until now - wish I would have done it a long time ago. What a great beer store (with some wine and liquor thrown in). 1400 different beers, per the guy who worked there, who seemed very helpful. As you can imagine, all types of styles. Seemed reasonably priced.

Met the owners while shopping. Great selection with several verticals on the shelves. Better selection than any store here in Houston. Great store.

If I had a store like this close to me, i’d be pleased. A large store with lots of coolers containing singles, another couple of 15 or 16ft long shelves full of bombers and then another 2 or 3 coolers full of six packs.. nothing rare nothing superb, a couple of 9L St. Feullein magnums hanging around. Some cool stuff and well signed and ewll priced. Seems to be the only place in Wichita worth buying, staff was friendly and offered recommendations to places to eat, drink and other, they even had a 6’er of my hometown Great Lakes Christmas Ale hiding behind the bar.

A must stop for beer lovers in Wichita. The new location is great, and their selection is top-notch. Lot’s of hard-to-find items, reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff, and 15% off micros and imports on Wednesdays!
An even better selection than my last stop. The staff continues to be knowledgeable and attentive. Their sale items were really something too--not the lower tier stuff, but a lot of really excellent items at very good prices. Still the must stop in Wichita, or anywhere within a reasonable drive, as the region is pretty much a beer desert.

Update: they’ve moved to their nice new location, I’ve upgraded the ambience score. Organization of singles is much better now. As henry3r puts it, its like a candy store!
This is my local, regular store, and by far the best in Wichita. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the regulars are also as into beer as the rest of us. They do mixed sixpacks, plus lots of single bottles. They also have the single largest selection of Rogue Ales I’ve ever seen. If a beer is available in KS, Goebel will have it. Beer manager Rob really cares about beer, and while they sell other stuff, beer is the main theme here, dominating about 30% of their floor space and 99% of their cooler space.
