Came here before they opened and got free food and beer. automatic 100. nah just kidding. Had an ahi tuna salad that was pretty good and put down about three .5L beers. Everything is extremely overpriced. I think the bill for three of us was around 100$ which for what this place is, is the reason I am not here often. staff is a little tardy but overall I enjoyed myself.

Didn’t sample any food here, but in a great location in Dallas. Nice soft, muted lighting with high ceilings and a great look. Establishment was clean. Bartender was very friendly, happy to help, and even gave a partial refill for free, on a purchased cocktail. Not a phenomenal beer joint, but an enjoyable place to go to.

Went their for a pre-opening party. They officially open on Monday, November 9th. The brewer is the old Big Bucks (now Uncle Bucks Brewers), but the beers don’t show that, they are the standard Gordon Biersch fair. Pretty typical line up. 5 standard beers, plus their seasonal (which wasn’t) on tonight. They do growler fills, and all beer pours are half liters. Wait staff don’t seem to know a whole lot about the beers besides the name and the maltiness level. Food is very good, but my god this place is pricey for what it is. Beer isn’t bad, $5 for .5L during normal hours, and they do have a full bar, but a bill can really add up with the food.

I will be living in the apartment building above this place till mid summer of 2010. If you visit this place without sending a beer mail to say hi, and give me the opportunity to buy you a beer, you are officially "legeing" and being a douche ;)...
