A cool spot in the Historic District of Dayton thatís nice and open on the inside. Beer selection is pretty good, especially for an Asian restaurant. But forget about the beer; the food is OUTSTANDING! Damn! Service was good too. Went to Dayton to run an errand and found this gem. Food is priced better than the beer. Iíll be back with the wife for certain! Better than any Thai Iíve had in Cincinnati.

Really a decent beer selection for a Thai restaurant. Make sure you read the chalk board by the bar to know what is on tap. Food is good too. Sushi was nice and fresh but very small rolls. Weíll definitely go again.

This is really an Asian restaurant with great Asian food and from what I hear decent sushi. The bar does have a surprisingly good selection of geek beers in bottle and on tap. It is a food destination with good beer to drink while you wait for your table. If you like Asian food and find yourself stuck in Dayton, this is the place.

Found myself in the downtown area by mistake with some time to kill and have been meaning to check this place out, so I stopped in for dinner. I asked the hostess if I could sit at the bar, and she proceeded to sit me at a bamboo counter where several Asian gentlemen were making Sushi! Not exactly the bar I was looking for, but after asking the waitress, she helped me move to the cocktail type bar where I proceeded to have my dinner.
They now have 4 taps all dedicated to craft brews. They also now serve growlers to go at a reasonable price and there was no issue eating dinner at the bar. What they lack in quantity of draft selections, they make up in quality. When I was there, the four rotating drafts including a new wheat beer from Thirsty Dog, Unibroue Maudite, Yeti Imperial Stout and a Belgian IPA (Chouffe Houblon). Very impressive lineup, and they were all available in growlers (occasionally they will get something special/rare on tap that will be sold by the glass only).
The food menu had many different selections of stir fryís, sauces and Thai selections -- most of them which can be prepared at various spice/hot levels. They had lots of vegetarian selections, but my only complaint was lack of a childrenís menu might prevent me from taking my family out here for dinner. I had a spicy noodles and asparagus plate that was absolutely wonderful and went really well with my wheat beer. Service was OK -- they knew a little about their beer selections, but this seems more like a quality restaurant that serves some good beers than a beer bar that has good food.
Definitely looking forward going back again in the near future.

A few beers on tap and a handful more in bottles. The bottles seem to be picked for pairings with the food, while the taps are more for the drinking. While the beers were all good, and the selection seems to rotate often, the food is the reason to come here. Excellent Thai food and very solid sushi as well. They also do beer and food pairings from time to time. Very nice.

The beer selection here knocked my socks off. I was hoping it was good but it was better than that. Saison Dupont and Duvel were both on the menu and priced reasonably. And the food is great too!

I would describe the beer selection as quality over quantity. Yes they carry the mainstream stuff out of obligation, but the proprietor here has sophistication as well. You will find the Asian beers, but they usually carry a seasonal offering from New Holland on tap. They also carry a decent selection in the bottle and the beers are served properly with good glassware. What makes this place special, in my opinion, is paring a beer like Ommegang’s 3 Philosophers with a Rainbow or Spider roll for starters with great Thai noodle dish as an entree.
