80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 17/20
Visited during a visit to Atlanta for a conference and liked it quite a bit. Decent range of craft taps and bottles from a variety of breweries. The food was very good, though I was only able try try to pickleback burger (with tater tots) and the sublime donut. People rave about the sublime donut burger here (fried donut as the bun). In good weather there’s a large area with patio tables. The only downside was the number of customers smoking in the patio area where nearly everyone was also eating---not something that’s a problem in a lot of other areas of the country by now.

Friendly staff - AMAZING food and quality beers on tap and in bottles/cans. I had the Sublime Doughnut Burger. A burger with 2 sublime doughnuts as the bun with a large patty and other delights on it. Very tasty. Lots of large flat screens outside and in , but not a sports bar. Still has a cool pub feel inside. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Close to the Midtown station on the MARTA.

The Cypress Street Pint & Plate is tucked in behind the Biltmore Hotel on West Peachtree Street, so it can be a pain in the rear to find - but it is worth seeking out. The bar area is cozy and intimate, and there are some booths and tables around as well. Beer selection is not huge, but they offer mainly locals, micros and imports. Serving people are very nice and accommodating. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Happily, this bar is located right between two MARTA stations (Midtown and North Avenue), so you can use the stripy trains as your designated driver.

Located on Cyprus street at the corner of 6th Street, behind the Biltmore hotel. Interesting location and out of the way. The atmosphere is nice, but nothing special. The service was friendly enough. The food is the best part of the place. The chicken fingers are amazing, and the sublime burger, to hear my friends, will change your life. The beer selection is fair. Plenty of good beers, but nothing great. The house IPA is pretty good, and very cheap. Overall, not a place to go out of your way to see, but a good place to get lunch or hang out.
