Spartan interior with a real brewery feel. Beers were solid. The option to order by the half-pint is very nice, especially for the high-octane selections. Definitely worth the visit.

Nice place. Itís easy to get to, has a small parking lot, is clean, lots of windows, good music, not too loud.
Service was perfect.
They have about eight beers on tap--and the ones I tried were very good. Itís nice that they sell the beer in pints, half-pints or sampler glasses.
The food was exceptional for a brew-pub. Iíd gladly go back to eat.
Prices were moderate.
Overall, this is a great, little place.

(Visited 03/2013 on the Seattle Road Dogs Tour): Schooner Exact is located on the south side of Seattle in the Industrial District. There is a parking lot in front of the building.
The interior is small and opens to a small bar, with the brewery immediately behind it through a door. There is a chalkboard behind the bar, and a cooler holding bottled beers to go. An adjacent room has some seating and displays a number of barrels behind glass where beers are aged.
The brewpub has 8 of its beers on draught and they are available in a sampler. The selections included a Hefe, APA, IPA, Porter and part of their Imperial Project series on my visit. All of the beers are decent to above average.
Service during our tour visit was friendly and informative.
I did not have any food on this visit.
Overall this is a worthwhile brewpub to visit in the Seattle area.

This is a very cool little tasting room tucked away in the industrial flats south of the stadia. Once you find it, thereís really not much you need to know. You head down 1st S for a while, going by business after business that do absolutely nothing to put you in a mindframe to expect a brewery to pop up. But before you know it, thereís a little sandwich board on the west side of the street that says "Beer" and in you go.
Inside, there are a few tables with mix and match wooden chairs, and thereís a standard-issue bar with a flat screen showing the game or whateverís on. The staff is really nice, and the regulars are generally the kind of fun people who will drive some distance to try interesting beer (I am one of these people, so naturally I think weíre fun).
Thereís not a heck of a lot happening here besides a relaxed setting to try a few samples (or pints) and get a growler filled. You can definitely hang out, but itís closer to a tasting room than a bar--though the layout says small corner bar all the way.

This is a nice place. There are a few tables, but we sat at the bar. The service was great. They have assorted munchies for $1 per-bowl. Obviously, the selection consists of their own beer. This has a fairly laid-back atmosphere. Itís close to Epic and Two Beers, so itís a nice area to visit a few breweries. Youíre able to choose from a variety of pour sizes, e.g. half pints. Itís always a better deal to get the bigger serving. This place is definitely worth a visit.

They have been around for a few years but they just recently moved and now will go into full time production so they will be around a for a little while. Brand new space this will be fun to watch them grow. They have 3 beers at this time and soon they will be brewing even more. Check them out.
