The best selection in Rome, however it is pricy and staff normally is busier with the computer than trying to help the customer. Anyway, it is worth a visit once in a while when in town.

Very near Termini station, just a quick 5 minutes walk on Via Cavour. Huge place, at least compared to other beer shops I visited. Tons and tons of bottles (both chilled and room temperature, but in a darkish room), it’s pretty much impossibile to go home unhappy. Italian micros and American craft breweries seem to be the biggest emphasis, but there are a few Belgian and Dutch beers as well. Some glasses and various merchandise (i.e. t-shirts). Service could be slightly better.. The prices are on the high side, I agree with that. But it’s Rome, and near Termini, so it’s kinda expected. If Domus Birrae was next door, I’d be broke every damn month. Good.

Close to Termini, the central train station, so a good place to grab some beers before going to the hotel. Stocked up here to have some beers at the hotel for the week we stayed. Good selection of Italian micros as well as some internationals. Cold beers are available in the front room while the back room holds shelves containing most of the beers. Prices are a bit high, even for someone from Sweden, but that’s the way craft beer is in Rome.

Excellent beer store at Via Cavour in central Rome. Visited the place 3 times in one week and met different staff every time. Service ranged from great to OK. The selection is stunning if looking for Italian craft beer, but they also have som Dugges from Sweden, Lervig from Norway etc. While exploring the shelves what to buy and bring back home, it is possible to drink a beer. The beer here is a bit expensive. On the other hand, if you have a Hof or a Budweiser on tap in Sweden you still have to pay almost twice as much as for a great IPA or a imp. stout here at Domus Birrae. A must when in Rome.

Service was great. Lots of Italian beers available. Prices were a little steep but that’s to be expected.

Visited 31/3/2014. Well located bottle shop which had a decent range of Italian beers, and some well chosen international ones. Services was efficient and I would visit this place again.

An higly over rated place in Via Cavour near Termini. The selection is quite good but the service could improve quite a bit, the guy in the shop could not make an effort to answer some simple questions and because of that i purchased much less then i intended, shame. The place was also much too warm, which i am not sure is good for the beer.
