This was on the route I was driving for work and I’d heard enough about this place that I wanted to stop in. It’s a small store, even by liquor store standards. All the beer is up against the right side, both in fridges and across the aisle on the shelves. They have just about everything you could imagine jammed in here. The prices are pretty high on most things like the Bruery stuff and reasonable on other things. I grabbed a bottle of the Rodenbach Vintage 2007 for $25. The 2010 right next to it was $22. I saw a number of Bruery club exclusive bottles on the shelves like all the Bois variants and cherry Oude Tart. They also have a pile of Mikkeller and Nogne beers, which is becoming more common these days. I also saw some Tilquin and 3 Fonteinen gueuze bottles for about $25 each. They definitely have a lot of good stuff here but they charge for the convenience. I didn’t ask for any help which was probably a good thing from the sounds of it.

A little cramped, but there’s a lot of not commonly found beer crammed into the place. Prices are mixed. Some high, some low. Ambiance: kind of a hole Service: Just someone at the cash register. But it’s a very good place to get beer. Very. Went back at 9:30am. Not open No posted hours. Not a good thing. Lowering service rate.
Amazing selection for the size of the place. Dee knows his beer!

Dee is a great guy and definitely knows his beer. You wouldn’t think so at first with the way the place is set up... you first notice the amount of porn available (and the porn shop next door). Turn the corner and there is a huge variety of amazing craft beer. It’s too bad he puts an obviously large markup on beers, but hey, where else can I get 1-2 year old vintages of amazing stouts and sours? Nowhere. So bite the bullet and great yourself a properly cellared beer. Great selection of Belgians, as well as local beers.
Don’t let the outside of this place fool you - looks like a run down liquor store but inside there are tons of crazy good brews. Lots of lambics, Mikkeller stuff, several vintages of Lost Abbey, etc. Prices are a bit high and good luck getting any help from the clerk.

this place is a mecca for beer lovers. Looks like a dive from the outside, next door to a porn shop (and has porn for sale inside as well), but has over 400 beers in stock, most refrigerated, and the owner knows his stuff. He tends to get the limited releases, and while the prices are high, he has them longer than most other places in town. This is on my regular rotation, and I love chatting with Dee when he is there.
Great little hole in the wall liquor store. Hidden gem. The selection will blow you away for it’s size. Te prices are a little higher compared to so bigger specialty shops but it is definitely a beer oasis. They had a great line up of Mikkeller beers. They have all the styles and stuff I have never seen before like Lindemans Faro. Many beers that usually come in large bottles, they have in small bottles. Of course the price is high. If you stop in you will not leave without something delicious. Unless your too cheap to buy it.
I thought I was at the wrong location when I first came here. It looks like a run down convenience store. Even after walking in I wasn’t sure it was the right place.
But after turning a corner I saw a little piece of beer heaven. Lots of choices, new beers fairly often, and proper glassware for purchase.
Service is a tricky one. Usually there is just one person at the counter who isn’t going to be much help. But if if Deer is there then you’re in luck
He’ll leave you alone if you just want to shop, but if you want some help or are just interested in talking about beer then I definitely recommend talking to him. He’s given me a number of great recommendations, and threw in a free tulip glass for good measure.
1/2 xrated emporium and 1/2 liquor store, shoebox sized, sketchy place to say the least but does deliver on some beer, De molen , Amager, Lost Abbey, Russian River, HOTD, Midnight Sun, best I have found so far by the airport
