Sports bar up in Happy Valley....they should get points for the better-than-average college food for the area. Still, itís just a massive sports bar with regular Coors/Bud/Miller type of selection. One of my favorite college spots.

Some other folks wanted to head here so I tagged along. While the beer list was not exceptional it had a few alternatives besides the typical BMC taps.

The ambience is a typical sports bar with televisions everywhere. This is not the sort of place I would choose to come on my own. Head into downtown for better options unless you are stuck with people that want that sort of atmosphere.

Used to drink here every week at PSU Main Campus for Tuesday nacho night and a yard of Coors light. The nachos were delicious, but they had a 3-4 beer policy for them. The service is on the slow side, customer service is on the bad side, and the beer selection pretty much lacks.

Champís is the typical sports bar in a college town. Usually, the beer selection was decent, though Iíve had a few stale taps here. The food was pretty good, but I never had good service and the upper level staff/owners didnít have a very good customer service reputation. Hopefully thatís changed recently. There are much better places to drink in town.

This place is tons of fun when you go with a group of people. On tuesday nights my firneds and I would go there after dinner and get a huge tower of beer for trivia and 1 dollar nachoes. The beer selection is ok they have the normal domestic taps but also a couple micro brews. The food during the day is decent too and the wait staff is good, the food just takes a long time to get to your table.
