Stopped into the brewpub at the Ivy Wild school for a beer and some food. The ambiance was not bad, with a school theme throughout the building, in a modern, renovated space. The service was very attentive and friendly, and orders were received quite quickly. They had a good selection of draft beers to choose from, including their regular beers, and some seasonal rotations in the mix. I only tried a bowl of soup, but it was quite good. The value was pretty good for a brewpub, and it was worth the visit.
Nice, open restaurant area and cool bar. Located on the north side of the Ivywild School. The server was friendly, attentive, and knew the beers. Nice spread of house beers, with a couple special releases and some special bottles. No guest taps. The food is a good spread of burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers. The beers are pretty well priced, with flights, but the food is a bit high. This is a really cool place, and a nice place to hang out.
Built out of an old school, this place has a cool looking interior. Nice bar setup and plenty of tables, but room has an odd shape. Service was good though unremarkable. Big beer board. Just wish they were better. Very little lighting or signage outside, so be mindful. Food was very good. Overall, nice place to visit.
In the old Ivywild school building. Nice vibe. Wooden tables, wood flooring. A patio, but no sunbrellas. Oval bar with several taps. Service is pleasant and helpful. Beer flights are available that include all the regular brew with one additional seasonal. Decent food menu.
we LOVE this place! recently moved into a giant building, like an old schoolhouse or something. tons of beers to choose from, now serving food too! didnít try the food, but will next time. its sort of similar to the McMenamins brewpubs in OR, super cool!
Sweet atmosphere, in an old school building; super unique. Service was great. Have about ten taps plus some of their specialty beers in bottles. Food is from a place nearby and you can order it in the bar and they bring it over. Prices were good. Overall, very cool place, nice patio.
This place Definielty gets an A plus for ambiance. Located in an old elementary school, the brewery shares the space with a number of other businesses including a deli. There parking on the premises and own the street as well. The brewpub occupies the right side of the building. It was packed on a Friday night so service wasnít exactly friendly. The beers were solid though its a mystery how their Scottish ale became a flagship. It might be a cooler place to hang out during less busy times, but its bit exactly a destination place.
This brewery has a decent sized tasting room in the front with a shuffleboard table, a small bar and a couple of tables. Beer is available to go in six packs, bombers and growlers. I had a pint of their IPA which was just okay. The selection here was very unadventurous with an amber, a honey wheat, a couple of pale ales. It was an okay stop for me.
Iíve visited Bristol a couple times while in Colorado Springs. I like it because it is solely a taproom for their beer, and it has more of a neighborhood bar type feel to it than a lot of other breweries. If I lived nearby, I could see myself visiting often, just to hang out and grab a beer.
