(Visited 03/2010): This 21st Amendment location is on the Northeast side of Indy not too far off 465 in the Shadeland Station Shopping Center. Parking is plentiful.
There is a decent amount of beer stocked around the store. There are shelves near the register and coolers and more shelves in the rear of the store. The space is pretty open and easy to navigate.
The beer selection is decent. There are regional beers like Three Floyds, Boulevard, Mad Anthony, Barley Island and others. Other micros like Stone, Rogue, Bellís and others are represented as well. There is a decent selection of imports as well. Mixed 6-packs can be created from any of the loose singles, including a Batch 9000 on my visit.
Service was pretty good on a weekday afternoon. The beers were wrapped up and boxed carefully, and the guy behind the counter was friendly.
Overall it seems like you canít go a quarter mile without hitting a Crown in the Indy area but 21st Amendment is worth a look too.
