nice place in Riverside. Pig-centric food menu, a bit on the pricey side for both food and beers. 12 taps and a bunch of bottles. Good variety of styles, largely local/regional stuff.

Pretty cool place in Riverside, which seems a bit oxymoronic. I didnít eat, but from all accounts, the food here is great. I just wasnít hungry. Beer list isnít enormous (about a dozen taps), but all solid options and a few obscure offerings/ticks. Service was friendly and fast. I guess the only complaint Iíd have are the prices, which are a bit on the high side--some beers in the $8 or $9 range for a 12 oz pour. If youíre in the area, this is probably your best bet for grabbing a beer.

For Riverside, this place is a big improvement in the beer scene (such that there is such a thing in the IE). Service is above average and ambiance is fine but nothing special. The food is adequate but overpriced for what it is. The beer tends to be on the overpriced side as well, but the selection is pretty good for only a dozen taps.

Phenomenal place! Tons of great beers, maybe a little pricey but still fun. Food was absolutely incredible - total foodie kind of place. Sriracha ketchup for the fries, bacon-fat popcorn, all kinds of goodies. Must visit!

Stop number two of the night. Cool place in down town Riverside. Extremely hipster but itís still a cool place. We parked right in front and ironically there was a fixie chained up to the next parking meter over. Inside was full of thick rimmed glasses and tight jeans but there were also some none douchey people, including most of the servers.
The beer list is pretty good here. Iíll have to go back for both ticks and good beers. I ordered a Lagunitas Fusion 13 that was pretty good and I saw a couple of others that I hadnít tried. I didnít eat but judging by what I saw other people ordering I may have to do that.

Yeah this place is the bomb. Where are all the reviews!!?? Awesome ambiance- lively, open kitchen, amazing smells of the experiment dishes. You can tell in seconds that this is a place that knows how to make some good ****ing food. Everything on the menu looked incredible. We had the bacon maple popcorn, burgers, roasted bone marrow, mac n cheese. Candied bacon ice cream for dessert. Insane flavors, bigger portions than I expected. Excellent service- we were allowed to have 1oz samples of any beer on tap just to try and could do 4oz sampler flights of 4 beers at a time. Exactly 12 taps on with big variety and obvious care taken to showcase local CA brewers: Lost Abbey, Bruery, Drakes, Highwater, Marin, Fox Barrel, Stone, i.a. Lots of beers Iíve never heard of and decent pricing like $7 for 8oz of Lost Abbey Mayan Judgment Day. Server was very patient with our ridiculous beer orders. Really loved my experience here. Food is forefront, excellent beer selection is icing on the cake. A foodie+beer nerdís paradise. We got out of there for $120 for 5 people with drinks, dinner, and dessert. Great value given the quality. The fries with the siracha ketchup was insane.

Hands down the best gastropub in Riverside, The Salted Pig sports rotating drafts (always at least one beer youíve *got* to try, and always at least one IPA) as well as an well-stocked assortment of bottled craft brews; and a menu of toothsome snacks, appetizers, burgers, and full dinners. You canít go wrong with the french fries and amazing house-made ketchup, or the filthy fries smothered in roasted garlic and ale cheese, perfect to fortify you for that next glass, goblet, or bottle of beer from Russian River, Ballast Point, or Lost Abbey. For true beer fans, nothing in Riverside competes with the Pig.
