Large Belgian place with a good selection of your usual Belgian beers and a few Dutch beers. No surprises beer wise

Quite a big place, part of chain. decent beer lsit with good local brews there. Tried local beer and had small ’Belgian’ snack. Service knows their stuff and also knows how to approach customers. Nice place, worth a visit.

Nice Belgian bar in the centre of Rotterdam. Not only the typical Belgian beers, also De La Senne, Graal, Girardin and Cantillon available. Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Worth a visit.

A nice enough bar in central Rotterdam. Fairly big with a decent enough but very typical Belgian bottle selection and the occasional interesting local micro on tap. Service is friendly enough and helpful, haven’t tried the food. Worth popping in if you’re in the area but not worth going out of the way for.

Cosy wooden bar in a fairly busy street. Nice selection, friendly service, quite some taps (and bottle) to choose from. Decent selection but less exciting and nothing rare... Quite the typical (Belgian) beers with some surprises. With good weather you can sit outside, but inside there’s many places and it’s cosy. All by all ok bar.

As good as it gets in the Rotterdam beer desert, a bit bright and corporate looking, but decent enough selection.

I’ve been drinking in here for years so now I guess it’s time to write a few words. This is a greet brown Belgian style beer bar just 10 minutes walk from the Centraal station. There are around 15 beers on tap that regularly rotate and a half decent Dutch/Belgian selection too. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s nice to sit outside either at the front or the back when the sun shines... which isn’t often! The food is not too bad either. Well worth a visit if you are in the city. Oh... and the wifi works well too!

Visited on a sunny national holiday evening. Some seatings on the patio on the main street, spaceous elevated 2-storey inside with all wood, very cozy feel to it, in the back there is a courtyard with plenty more outside seating. Nice tap list with some rarities like Dochter vd Korenaar, Emelisse and De Molen on tap, good bottled beer list as well. Prices were a bit steep though, €6,- for a 33cl DDvdK Belle-Fleur IPA and 5,50 for Emelisse Blond to name a few. I don’t like the fact that the prices are not listed on the menu, so these came as a bit of a shocker afterwards. Anyway, service was very friendly, quick, attentive, had some good food for decent prices. Would certainly visit again.

Great place with rare finds on draft. Tried a Embrasse Peated Oak Aged. Superb. Also Avec Les Bons Voeux and an Embrasse. Both very enjoyable. Extremely friendly staff and good service.
