I had the incredible opportunity to visit the brewery with Riccardo (the master brewer) during Pork and Beer 2013. So we had a tour of the brew-house itself, clean and modern, quite impressive I must say. But we also went to Riccardo’s house just accross the street to visit his own cellar and the cold chamber in wich he keeps barrels to age some of his brews... What can I say, it was pure magic. He was a fantastic host, and he opened for me and the others privileged few we were a bottle of something I thought I would never taste... A magnum of TiMummia; Mummia aged in wooden barrels with Timorasso grapes... To say it was good is very far from the truth. One of the best kick I had in my life... Thank you Riccardo! A mio giudizio fra i migliori, in Italia.
Al momento della mia visita, avevano disponibili in bottiglia diverse birre, anche se nessuna di quelle acide e 2 spine una garbagnina e una bi-du ospite.
