Industrial warehouse vibe. Moderate number of tables, barrels, and community tables. Very extensive tap selection. Great patio. Insane location by Target Field. Beer quality is just not there. Not bad, but not worth seeking out.

Large warehouse style brewery. Open feel. Large patio too and a door they can open on nicer days. Large bar, no stools, but several tables around. Bartenders were very friendly, and they even comped me a beer on a future visit because I didnít have time to finish a pint. Tons of beers on tap, I think I counted 18. A couple barrel aged bottle selections to go. The beers I tried were all drinkable, but its a little frustrating as they all needed to be dialed in a bit. It seems like they can be a great brewery with just a little more effort.

10/30/15 Re-rate: There are signs that the beer quality is starting to improve, despite the HefeWheaties road bump. Most noticeably different at the tap room, however, is the makeover they did recently, adding an attractive outdoor patio, and new restrooms. The patio has a view of Target Field, and helps put you in your happy place even if the beer doesnít always. 8/7/12: Located a short walk from Target Field and the Target Field light rail train stop, this is a fine place to go for a beer before a Twins game. Food is generally available via food truck. Seating is very limited and the place has warehouse/garage feel to it. Selection is limited to 5-6 taps. Iíd like to see the quality of Fultonís beers improve before I endorse this as a must-stop beer destination.

Given its location close to Target Field, this place is very popular on game days. The space is pretty large and has an industrial vibe. The front patio is lovely when the weather is cooperating. Thereís 8ish taps as well as a few bottle offerings. Fulton beers donít really hit the mark for me, but the APA certainly isnít offensive. Prices arenít bad, and service has generally been good during my visits. Overall, Iíd only recommend a visit if youíre on a deep dive of the scene or headed to a Twins game. Otherwise, thereís better places in the Twin Cities to drink.

A large open tap room with the bar in one corners and the merch in the other with the seating in between. An industrial feel overall. Bartender was knowledgeable and freindly. Only 6 beers on tap during my visit. No food but pint prices were very nice. A nice little tap room.

Nice little stop on a Sunday afternoon. I like their space, well put together with some neat kitschy twists. They were a little low on available beers, but the staff was friendly and the few beers we did have were quite nice. (Brewery #655)

Fulton is a gateway brewery that generally produces well made products; their beer does not merit the attention of any discriminating visitor. They will have a large variety on tap - typically several brewery-only offerings, so there are certainly ticks to be gathered. The atmosphere is lively and laid-back. It isnít the worst place to stop for a pint.

This was my 3rd stop on a 6 brewery MSP craft beer tour (after Surly & Steel Toe). Fulton is a very good brewery with some great beers. I notice some of the reviews mentioning a small number of beers...well I must have lucked out as there were 7 strong offerings when I was there Saturday 3/22. In addition to their 3 year-rounds...they had all 3 seasonals (with the Libertine also on cask) "and" something from their Brewerís Series called "Dark Farmhouse Ale"...so 7 offerings plus the cask variation. More important...all of these beers were very good to exceptional...especially the Ringer Pale Ale, and the Expat Spicy Farmhouse Ale. I enjoyed the tasting room atmosphere, and the overall look and feel of the brewery (looks great from outside too). To top things off...the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend a visit to Fulton.
