Fantastic selection for a bar; no two ways around it. There is something for everyone; great taps! Nice staff. The atmosphere is fair; the neighborhood is getting pretty hip. Take that for what you will. It gets pretty packed on weekends. Overall, Iím a fan.

This place was so much fun! Lots of stuff to do and a pretty nice variety of craft beer. Jenga with 2x4ís is always a plus too.

Good bar in OTR that has a nice bottle and draft selection. Great patio outside with the grill fired up when the weather permits. Update: This place has made significant improvements since Tom began managing and doing the beer ordering. Definitely worth a stop!

Interesting bar in Over-The-Rhine that my friends love to go to. Respectable collection of craft and local brews. The bar is very spacious, but always PACKED on weekends - itís really exploded in popularity in the last year, I would highly suggest visiting on a weekday. Itís really interesting - there is a big open air patio, with bocce ball, and giant jenga. A bar is outside on the patio, and another inside. Inside, there is a pool table, and an upstairs area. Upstairs, there is a very cool place to chill, with couches, AC, a big screen TV, and free pool. There is a cooler at each bar, filled with some choice craft beer selections. This place is always filled the kind of people I like to hang out with. I frequently run into people I know but donít hang out with, itís always interesting 4 / 5 / 10 / 6 / 5 / 16

Edit (8/17/12): Pretty disappointed last time I went. More empty than usual. Slow service, bartender made people wait while they had 10m conversation. On the chalkboard in the bar, Neonís lists the serving portions - 10, 16, or 20oz pours. I ordered a 16oz Old Rasputin, got a 10oz pour. Not even a snifter, a dinky little cocktail glass. I got lucky, because the bartender fixed it for me when I pointed at the chalkboard. A friend ordered a Founders Dirty Bastard, and she got a 10oz pour. She pointed out that the chalkboard advertised 16oz, and they said that they had to pour what the computer told them to pour, and "made it better" by fixing the chalkboard. My friend was stuck feeling ripped off. Founders Cerise listed as a 16oz pour for $5, so I ordered one thinking it was a good deal. Another 10oz pour. After some BS back-and-forth, he said heíd get me a pint of it, but "just this once", as if he was doing me a huge favor. I usually enjoy Neonís, itís a regular choice for my group of friends. But this last experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you say youíre going to pour a 16oz, and then hand a customer a 10oz pour you are cheating that customer... Going to try to avoid this place on the "trendier" nights

Easy to park. Easy to find. Good place to smoke a cigar outside. Good beer selection and fair prices. Good locals place.

Neons is a cool bar in OTR with some great cocktails and a lot of beer. 10 taps, all good stuff all the time. 2 big fridges with plenty to browse, and a lot of unexpected treats. Just remember to ask a bartender to grab what you want, even though theyíre in the open. The building is an old brick rehab, shotgun style. But thereís a big patio off to the right that occasionally has someone grilling or with a makeshift food stand. Thereís bocce in the back. Gets crowded on weekends. Lot of good beer here, probably the widest selection in OTR.
