Right on the square, large outside patio, decent service. Specialize in beers from the Portuguese empire, but be forewarned that they will not have many of the beers on their menu. Beers served in a double wall plastic glass. Didnít try the food.

Portugal is not traditional at all in beer, so I didnít expect much at this place. And I was right, its best features were the tour on beer history I took inside the museum and also the view of the square in front of it, which is stunning. The selection is very modest, with some Portuguese craft (which is rare to find). Given the scarcity of good beer around, itís worth a shot.

The Portugese beer museum in the nice placed resturant with wiev over the big square at the river.
A beerselection over a lot of exotic countries but not many of them are availible. They push their own beer that isnít anything extra. Strange isolated beer glases that keep the beer cold but makes if feel like you drink from a large coffey cup. OK food.

Wouldnít call it a museum but probably the bar with the biggest range of beers in beer-desert Lisbon. Not cheap, nothing to get excited about but a nice place on a very nice location (big square on the shore). The service was OK and quick for such a busy place.

Is called beer museum, but doesnít have a beer selection that fits such a name. Too expensive as well. Only visit it for a few beers.

A bit of a tourist trap in my view. I didnít go to the museum but drank a few beers in the bar. The beer is very expensive here, at least compared to other bars and shops, so I recommend that you only drink beers that are hard to find elsewhere.

Itís basicaly a pricey restaurant that also happens to have one part redecorated and now it serves as museum, for which you have to pay an enterance fee. You also get small cheramic mug at enterance, and you can take it with you (after youíve tried beer they pour at the end of tour). Big bar in the middle that supposed to have beers from former Portuguese colonies but unfortunately at the time they had only Cuca from Angola. Maja tried codfish pie (itís more snack than actual meal) and she said it was delicious but quite expensive. The beers are also expensive, 0.33 bottle 5Ä. After 8 p.m. they close one part of bar and let people in just if they have reservations. In general; visit museum, get few beers and go further but bear in mind that youíre in Lisboa which is the worst European capitol for beers.

A nice museum, with a history of Portuguese brewing, exhibits on domestic brands, all for 3 euro, with a nifty glass as a souvenir. They offer small tasty tapas. But the beers, average Eurolagers and Afrocrud....beers are pricy, only if your closeby. Wish this would have been better.

Nice place to drink some local beers and their own beer. Not too many options but the main portuguese ones are there. Food is good and the location is amazing. Worth a visit.

Itís a restaurant and a museum. It serves Sagres beers on tap with the name of "Museum beer". Itís probably the place where you can find the more portuguese beers on bottle. There are also angolan beers which is new in town. Havenít tried the food but it looks nice. Ambiance is like a portuguese cervejaria but in a chic way. The museum itself is not that good.
