Awesome little grocery store specializing in organic and local products. Beer selection is small, but seems to be increasing in quality all the time. Solid classics alongside many local WA brews are the norm, but every now and then something unexpected shows up in limited quantity. They also offer a very nice variety of local artisanal ciders from Finnriver, Eaglemount, Alpenfire, etc. Local wineries are represented by the likes of Wind Rose, Harbinger, Olympic Cellars, etc. Gourmet soda (butterscotch beer!), kombucha, kvass, and other goodies also get some shelf space. In their cold case, I noticed smoked salmon/cod, house-made sandwiches and salads, deviled eggs, homemade kraut, and a bunch of cool artisanal cheeses from places like Mount Townsend Creamery, Whiskey Hill Goat Farm, and some fantastic sheep’s milk cheeses from Black Sheep Creamery. This place’s homemade soups ROCK. Also good for food/energy bars, gourmet chocolates, truffles, caramels, baklava, etc. The owner’s are friendly, enthusiastic, and genuine ... offering up info or assistance when needed. A great place to stop while in town or when traveling through the area. It is nice to be able to pick up a few bottles and grab some quality food to go without messing around with the junk offered at most restaurants and the usual big-box stores. This place will definitely get my business on a regular basis.
