We came here on 18.2.2015 and would have not expected such an excellent bottle shop in the middle of a national park close to the Blue Mountains. They have wine, ciders, whiskey’s and 3 fridges full of good beer in an old red brick building. Some US microbrews as Sierra Nevada and Rogues, New Zealand beers and a good assortment of Australian craft beers. We purchased two IPA’s from Riverside Brewing. The service is extremely friendly, they gave us for free beer coolers and a bottle opener for a purchase of 14 A$!!! The Riverside beer was quite hoppy and strong compared to the normal Australian Pale Ales (> 7%).

The second best beer selection in the Blue Mountains after the wonderful Down Under Cellars, Leura. I’ve delayed adding this upmarket deli/wine store/beer store for two years until their beer selection got up to scratch - they’re there now. Nothing like the range in Leura but a solid array of regional beers and an improving selection of international beers. This place specialises in produce of the central west and it’s a pity that the beers/ciders are not yet on par with the wines. The prices are towards the upper end of the scale, perhaps due to the focus on tourists.
