If you go here, you go for the beer. It’s a railway arch on an industrial estate and of the breweries around here its probably the smallest and least comfortable. The beer is amazing though and you obviously won’t find it cheaper anywhere else.

If you start at Kernel, this could be an easy part 2, a 10 min lazy walk SE along the arches, you find this tiny spot with great beers, enjoy. Industrial minimalism.

Of the three breweries set under the railway in Bermondsey, Partizan occupies the smallest arch and looks the most "home grown", with old brewery kit (from the Kernel, I believe) and foam bubbling up over the top of the kettle. Having said that, they have a prolific output of beers which are usually very good indeed and there’s a nice atmosphere there on Saturdays. It’s well worth a visit as part of a tour of what has been dubbed in Bernt Rostad’s excellent blog the "Beer Mile of London" (see http://beer-trotter.blogspot.no/2013/12/the-beer-mile-of-london.html).

If you’re looking for a fancy tasting room, that it is not! But nice friendly owner and I guess he’s just starting out, so unless you have bundles of money, you have to start somewhere. Good beers, a bit cramped but still enjoyable, I’m looking forward to going back and see how things have progressed!!

Went there after The Kernel. Industrial tiny place, looks like a homebrewer´s garage.

Very Industrial place with only a few "benches" outside. 10 bottles and no tap at my visit. Ok service and prices.

The space her eis very limited and the only seating is a few very primitive benches outside made from old pallets and there are no tables. I wonder what they’ll do in the winter. The view from these benches is a run down neighborhood and the nearest thing is a dumpster. The selection consisted of about 10 different bottles and no taps. We opened three at the place and one was excellent with the two others being above average. We brought the rest with us and some of thoses were a bit disappointing. The service was good. He knew what he was doing and he knew his styles. I see no reason to come back as Partizan bottles are available elsewhere in London with a more central location.

Visited first time august 2013. One of the newer micros in London. Only open on saturdays, but for sure worth a visit. Friendly and helpfull staff, that loves to tell about their beers. They have a few taps, but mainly you would come along to buy bottles to take away. I will for sure be back another time if I should be in London on a saturday :-)

Small place, almost like visiting a homebrewers garage with brewing equiment in the back and a cooler and a table for selling beers in front. 1 beer on tap and about 10 bottled beers at our visit. A few benches and pallets for seating outside. Good, helpfull and knowable service, good prices. Alot smaller, fewer people and more basic than Kernel, but still a nice place to visit for some good beer.

A short walk from Kernel. Visited around twelve on a rainy Saturday. Wasn’t open as I arrived so was about to leave. Fortunately the Partizan showed up just then. Eight bottles offered, no chance of drinking them there. Seemed fairly miffed at the time, but I imagine that was the weather and whatever else that kept him late and us people being there just as he arrived. Was very professional with his interaction anyway though, so no complaints about that or his knowledge of the brews, of course. Probably just a bad day.
