Located in a town between Antwerp and Brussels.
They do foodpairing with Belgian beers.
The quality of the food is really good. I loved my three course diner. The selection of beers is classical and not that daring. I think they might be tied to a selection of breweries.
Service was very friendly, fluent and with a good timing. But I missed the explanation about why the specific pairings are done.
Maybe it was because of the early hour (5pm, so before real evening service) but it really bothered me that personel was constantly walking through the restaurant with supplies for the kitchen or whatsoever.
Interior is beautiful, tight modern, spacious. The prices are good for Belgium, surely for an evening service.
Since this place is young, I think they have still a lot of growing potential. Itís a lovely place with nice food for correct prices. I just hope they expand their beerlist or try to experiment more with foodpairings. And create another passage to the kitchen, please, so that the personel doesnít disturb the customers.
Iíd love to come back to this place and hope to see some evolution.
