Café with restaurant aspirations and an orientation toward craft beer located at the idyllic river promenade in a redeveloped part of the town centre. The craft beer orientation means that they have five taps with one beer each from the local breweries (most of which are just about average) as well as a small bottle selection with some more local stuff and some international classics (i.e. their Belgian stuff is Leffe, Hoegaarden and Rochefort). The waiter was attentive and did know more about the beer than just their style. I would say this is likely to be the best place to go to in Silkeborg for craft beer although in Copenhagen terms the place would be comparable to something like Café Skovlyst or Traktřrstedet Vestamager. The food was quite good though and it is rare to find places that combine really good food with some better than decent beer. Nřrrebro Bryghus comes to mind for another example of that.
