A small put of the way local in an industrial area. Educating locals vs catering to a geek crowd this place is a hidden gem. Awesome tap list, great bottles and super cheap. Service was nice but not helpful. A must, make a special trip.

Pretty cool place in Woodinville. Lucky for me it is just minutes walking from my work, which makes for a nice stop for a beer after a 12 hour shift. Also lucky for me, their is always some good beer on. They feature brewers nights weekly, kill the keg night, with a good brew at a super cheap price, and many other events during any given week. Iíve never been impressed with their food selection, though that is never why I wanted to go here in the first place. Update: the food menu has since been updated and is awesome. Staff is always great, and seems to know a great deal about the beers on tap. Never had a bad experience here, and the bottle list is nice. Iíll keep coming back. The convenience is a huge factor in that, but I would recommend traveling to visit this place at least once.

A hidden gem in an unsuspecting place. Modern-type place that caters to beer geeks, but is also very accessible to families and the average beer drinker. 40 beers on tap and an impressive selection. Very cheap flights (~$7 after tax) for 4.Quite a nice bottle list too, with BA imperial stouts and sour ales that are barely marked up from bottle prices. Service was very friendly. An absolute must-stop when in the area.

The room is not very big, itís designed to cater for sport events; still it has a nice local feeling. This is a very good place for ticking a large number of new beers; they have more than 40 beers on tap, all craft. I was lucky to get there when the place opened, it was empty, and I got fast service; I find it annoying that they come back every few minutes to ask if everything is ok (when Iím the only customer and I can easily reach the waitress). The beers are quite good, some special release, and itís a good mix of styles. The menu is not too small,a nd they smoke the pork on their own; I got a pulled pork sandwich which was good, although for what it is, 10$ is expensive. They serve flights of 4x4oz for 6.38$ (plus, plus). Check their few bottles (20 or so) because the list is solid and there are some good beers.
Probably the best place in East Seattle. Wifi available.

Tap selection is pretty good - 41 taps rotated regularly... Mostly west coast breweries. Extremely limited bottle selection. Food is okay. Service is consistently horrible. This place is woefully understaffed, and the staff they have are unhelpful, rude at times and completely lacking in customer service. If you're not sitting at the bar, don't expect to drink a beer any time soon. I got served a beer every 60 minutes (and only that frequent because I chased down the waitress).

Hands down, the best selection on the Eastside.
Their 41 taps rotate very quickly, so when one keg is gone, itís history. But they only serve the very best stuff from all around the country. Heavy NW presence, as you would expect, but special selections from all over. Sam Adams was host at a Brewerís Monday last month (serving their low volume beers), and Southern Tier (Gemini, Pumpkin) are examples of the wider geography. Closer are beers from Port Brewing and Epic. And they tend to choose only the best offerings from each brewery, not just the high volume stuff.
Collective is owned by two women and managed by a third, so the decor and ambience are comfortable. Most important, the wife likes it for the wine and food choices. Some wine on tap, but some better glass and bottle selections... wifeís favorite is the Limberger.
Best food choices involve the smoked pulled pork in either the street taco or Cuban sandwich iteration. Thereís a working smoker outside.
You can get the regular pint size or samplers, but I usually have four of their 7 oz schooners, which gives you a good combination of volume and selection.
Best place both for the wife and beer selection...canít beat it.
